Went there with my family. My little brother is special needs, and had a meltdown during ordering, and we were all a little frazzled. The older woman in glasses taking my order must not have heard me say "chocolate" for his flurry, since when I picked it up at the second window it was made with vanilla. No problem. I mentioned I asked for chocolate, to which the younger staff looked at her and she loudly said "She didn't ask for chocolate." I think this is an inappropriate way to behave in customer service, and it defiantly made me feel uncomfortable, but my little brother would not have eaten it if it was vanilla.

We have a ton of ice cream options and a large food menu as well. I prefer flurrys (similar to blizzards from dq) here for my ice cream choice. And mac n cheese bites are my favorite fried food item from here. This is soft serve ice cream but we also have smoothies and slushies as well.    Read moreGreat place. Alice is very hands on as she is there each time we go. Alice's vs. Dairy Queen? Hmm, Alice's has a lot more choices, you can eat inside, toppings are more generous. DQ: like McDonalds, you already know what is on the menu. What tastes better? Alice vs Dairy Queen, depends what you have a taste for. The only clear edge DQ has is they mix their blizzards with a machine. Alice's staff does this the old fashion way.
