Mancino's Pizza & Grinders of Traverse City Chum's Corner — Restaurant in Blair Township

they made me choose atleast one star but they deserve ZERO STARS DONT GO HERE

I would like to start by saying this was my first time at this location in traverse city I usually go to the big rapids location as take out. I have never dinned in due to traveling well today we had the time and figured lets dine in today at Mancino's since we didnt know there was one in TC . I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN IT WAS HORRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT.

first appearance of this location was dirty looking inside they didn't seem to care about being clean bathrooms were gross as well. We ordered and our same order from big rapids was $25 more then usual. We still sat down with a weird feeling like for two grinders and medium pizza should not be $74. We went back to counter asked for receipt and seen the grinders are very over priced and the pizza was too. We asked them why the prices are not posted on menu and we don't understand why our meal was $74 usually we spend about $50 well seeing the receipt let us know pricing was being gouged at this location. Our normal Mancino's in big rapids bill for three of us is 50-56 dollars.

I got my food and there was a pickle on my grinder WHICH I AM ALLERGIC to pickles I told him and he did not like it. He told me I should be telling people I have allergies like it was my fault. I explained I usually never dine in I would never know a pickle comes on this plate as I order to go in big rapids all the time. He continued to argue with me about me having an allergy and its something I should just be telling people it became a hostile situation quick he was not being nice I told him we could leave get our money back and not eat a thing. He did not care he said you want your money back and was going to do so except my mom said lets just eat we are here she is diabetic and sugar was low so I agreed and sat there waiting for my correct plate with no pickle.

when I got the second grinder with no pickle the grinder was under done and cold in middle it was horrible

needless to say I will never go back to this LOCATION NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE HORRIBLE BUT THE FOOD IS NASTY AND PRICES ARE OUTRAGOUS I WILL GO OUTTA MY WAY TO COONTINUE TO GO TO BIG RAPIDS ;LOCATION THEY HAVE ALL THE RIGHT THINGS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GRERAT FOOD And GREAT PRICES GO TO BIG RAPIDS MANCINOS NOT...

What a disappointment. We've been ordering here for years (at least 10). Just waited 2 hours for our pizza to get here (and we are only 5 minutes from the place). I don't usually do these reviews but I had to this time. Called 3 times after it hit an hour and 15 minutes. 1st time they said it would be here in 5-10 minutes. Giving excuses about having 1 driver. How about you let us know that. Not his fault. I feel bad because he's probably not getting tipped. He did from us because we ordered online and included the tip. Never doing that again. This is the 3rd time in a row this happened. It almost seems like if we leave the tip online they say screw it they can wait, tip's already there. No sorry, didn't offer a refund, nothing. Then to top it off there was a hair melted into a piece I ate. Unbelievable. This place has gone down the hole. Just close down already. Or make your customers feel important. Take responsibility and make things right. We order here at least 3 times a month. That is what you just lost. If others are having the same experience they'll be...

I use to love Mancinos. I placed an order then had to wait bc my full whole order was not made and had to wait longer, while my prepared food Sat under a heat lamp. Ok, mistakes happen. However I get home and there is No sauce for my grinder. I specifically said sauce on the side. My receipt says sauce on the side. No sauce. Not on grinder. Not in bag. Just no sauce. 30 min drive back was not worth it. I decided to give them another try on delivery and honestly it was the biggest mistake ever. Food was poorly made, delivery driver just walks into business right back to private consultation office where I was finishing up counting.
