Update: the manager contacted us back and had pulled the video footage and verified and also pulled up our charges and saw the refund had not been done and took care of refunding the second sub we were charged for. She also addressed the issues with the employee, if anyone is willing to actually look into things and make things right by the customer, we will certainly return and give another chance. The new manager seems to be very concerned with the way the store is run in her absence. Unfortunately, it took calling her back twice because the same employee whom the complaint was regarding is the one who answered the phone and would not let me speak with the manager and just kept saying "you called the wrong number, this is a sub store." We have been assured the manager will be addressing this as well.
DO NOT EAT HERE. The customer ahead of me asked the woman making the subs THREE times to grill her onions with her sub. The woman kept ignoring her telling her the other woman would add her onions. She sure did add the onions, she added the onions RAW to her grilled sub. The employee was only worried about taking the orders of every person in line, people standing BEHIND other people against the back wall: not writing anything down. Most people did not even know she was speaking to them because it was INAPPROPRIATE to even be taking their orders at that point. Making people pay for their order BEFORE their subs were even started. Then when my sub came up, it was a turkey sub rather than an Italian sub. When I pointed this out, the woman making the subs started telling ME that I ordered the WRONG thing. I told her to stop taking the orders of every person in line speaking through other people if you cannot hear and focus on the order you are currently making as I did NOT order turkey. Mind you they made me PAY for my sub 2 or 3 customers ahead of when my sub was even made. This employee then took it upon herself to tell me AGAIN that I am the one who ordered the WRONG thing and is this how you speak to people? She then came over and made me PAY AGAIN for the sub and said she was refunding something. THE ONLY THING ON MY CARD IS TWO CHARGES FOR JERSEY MIKES $15.95 & $16.95. I asked how long does it take for whatever refund she said to go through because there are now TWO charges, NO refunds on my card and SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS EVEN ASKING. SO NOW I AM PAYING FOR 2 SUBS FOR THE 1 SUB THATS STILL MADE WRONG. She then asked if I wanted the sub Mikes Way, which I said Yes, Mikes Way and SHE COULD NOT HEAR ME STANDING IN FRONT OF THE GLASS! I was is such wrong so much so that she STILL could NOT hear me? Had to ask the other woman what I said. YEA, IT WAS ME WHO ORDERED THE WRONG THING AND NOT THE WOMAN NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR WHAT SHE WAS BEING TOLD. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE OR ANY OTHER JERSEY MIKES EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. WHY would I be the one ordering the WRONG thing? How much sense does that even make to say to a customer?! To watch the customer ahead of us not get their order and then to be told that WE ordered our food wrong AND be treated in this manner? To then get snide & rude comments from a person who clearly takes ZERO responsibility for their actions? NO THANK YOU. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DOLLAR OF YOUR MONEY. Go to another...
Read moreIn general I like Jersey Mike's, just not this location. I had a bad experience at this location and decided to give It another chance today. After what I saw when I was there. I did not order anything and will not be returning. First, the guy in front of me ordered a wrap and when the worker was putting on one of the spices, the cap came off dumping 1/2 the can of spice on his wrap. The manager simply wiped of the excess spice, or as much as she could, replaced some of the vegetables and called it good. I thought if that was my wrap I would want a new one made. Already having reservations, I noticed there was very little meat in the meat display cooler, like none. There was a sub that looked like it was made for someone but they did not pay for it, I left when I saw a worker taking meat of that sub for another sub....
