Are you voting today? Due to the decisions of the Franklin County municipal Court, the rules and regulations of this city and the lawyers involved as well as green quarters LLC. I am a disabled person experiencing homelessness while I'm working. And because the shelters are all full and unable to accommodate my disability, I have to use any restroom I can to do what I have to do. I wasn't going to say any of this. I had no intention of making any post about my experience in this restaurant. However, let's just say this. I'm the one that's homeless and I was concerned about what was sticking to my shoes when I walked in the restroom. Then I was rudely interrupted by an employee yelling on the other side of the door thinking that I was another employee in the restroom taking too long. So I responded, Just as loudly as I was being addressed, I'm a person with a disability and I just got done using the restroom and I will be out momentarily, the response, loudly interrupting my response was "you didn't have to say all that."🤔🧐 But I didn't have to be addressed like that while using the restroom either. but that is just the problem. See we are producing a problem, but we don't want to hear about the problem that's being produced this homeless epidemic that this legal system is creating that these greedy landlords are creating, and the lawyers and the law are allowing. Despite it's against the federal housing act. because I was being rushed and forced to leave the restroom. Not to mention, as I entered a young gentleman who was at the cash register who left from behind the cash register as he was attending to another customer as I entered to bogard me as I headed towards the restrooms. So that had already made me uncomfortable and because I have high anxiety and several triggers, and walking on a sticky floor and a half clean bathroom in the morning, and none of this is helping my condition, and it's difficult to handle cuz it's a situation I shouldn't even be in. I was already at an agitated state and then I can't even expel my bowels in a proper facility that I was going to patronize until my job called me back in for service. I say all of that to say this. We are voting in the judges that are allowing illegal evictions and putting people on the street, despite it's against the federal housing act . What you see on the street is being produced in a courtroom irregardless of people's rights and laws that are already in place to protect them. It's still being done. These are forced illegal evictions! So maybe you should review what judges sit on the municipal courts in the eviction area and maybe we ought to reconsider our options when voting them in because they are what is producing what both the employee and I as a patron had to experience...
Read moreI went through the drive through around lunch time, today. I asked if they still had any breakfast items left. The guy taking the drive through orders was very friendly & helpful. He said yes they did. He told me they still had breakfast items. I ordered a medium French vanilla cappuccino (hot) & told him I had a coupon for a $2 breakfast sandwich. I indicated I wanted egg & cheese only (no meat). He didn’t tell me my total (I assume because I was using a coupon!). He told me to pull around & that they’d have my total at the window. When I pulled around it was a different person, a young male, working the drive thru window. He seemed to have no clue as to what was going on. I handed him my coupon first. I then handed him my debit card. He handed me a bag & told me he gave me 2 (breakfast sandwiches) for $5.00. He told me it was a “better deal!” I didn’t order 2 breakfast sandwiches & it’s NOT a better deal, but I didn’t know what he charged me, as I didn’t get a receipt (I guess I should’ve asked for one!) & he did not he tell me. Then I told him I still needed my coffee & he proceeds to tell me that he didn’t put it on my order??? What the heck is going on in there? So I gave him cash for the coffee, so I knew what he charged me, which was $2.29. So he took my coupon & I ended up paying $3.00 more than I should’ve & wanted! Is this some kind of scam? I was more than confused at what was happening, but there were a lot of cars behind me & I figured I could just eat the second sandwich tomorrow…sad thing is I went to another location on Tuesday & when I wanted to use a coupon, (the same coupon!) for a breakfast sandwich, the lady told me I could use it another time & that her drive through time was too long! What ever happened to “CUSTOMER” service & “the customer is always right?” I’ve been going to Tim Horton’s for years & years but the service has continued to decline, unfortunately. I think next time I will just save myself the trouble & head over to...
Read moreI’m a HUGE Tim Hortons fan but this location needs some serious employee overhaul. I’ve gone to this location several times (glutton for punishment I guess) every single time the service is horrible. I typically give food establishments several times before writing a bad review because everyone has bad days and you can’t always judge something on one bad experience. I went inside with my son to grab lunch today. There is 4 employees inside. 1 mopping the back (he gets a pass as he was busy) but the other 3 just standing all in one corner discussing life. Ok fine all I ask for is to at least look up and acknowledge my presence. Nope not a single one of them said anything. Not I hi, welcome, or we’ll be right with you. Just stood there talking to each other. Maybe they didn’t see us you say? We’ll all 3 made eye contact with me and still said nothing. They continued on about their day like we were invisible. They then took care of 2 drive thru people that pulled in after we had walked inside. A solid 10 minutes goes by and the girl walked over and said “so you decide what your eating?” By this point I’m slightly irritated. She asks what to drink with the meal? I look over to see the options and say Barqs root beer. Oh we don’t have that just looks like we do. Ok just coke then. No customer service skills whatsoever apparent in any of the workers. Not only that the 2 guys were complaining about making the orders for drive thru the entire the young lady was taking our order. I manage a restaurant myself and completely understand workers are hard to find and good workers are even harder. But, this is 100% a reflection on management or lack there of. If you aren’t setting standards and training properly how can you expect them to work and be productive. This is a great location and has potential to be a great store but with employees like this things are only going to continue to go down hill. Clearly this is a recurring issue as proven by all the...
