The gentleman serving us was very pleasant, though we thought the food quality was low, and so did my roommate, whom I brought a sandwich back for. The “loaded” nachos only had chili, cheese, and onion (not so loaded; jalapeños weren’t available), and the chips were on the stale side. The sandwiches hardly had any meat, the bread was soggy, and they fell apart while eating them. For the size and quality of the sandwiches, the price was way too high, and didn’t even include chips. We ordered a Sprite, and were only brought the can without a glass of ice or straw. The rating is 2 only because of the beautiful decor and atmosphere. Lovely place! Very clean, great atmosphere and a good vibe when you come in! The staff are very welcoming, and warm, and make sure you are well taken care of as soon as you come in! Good food, and it is very fast. The place is very clean as well and the staff clean it very thoroughly and often! Today, Sat Sept. 19,2020 I've decided to check out Lucky Bernie's South Chicago Heights location for the 1st time. The Customer Service was great! However, I was quite disappointed playing their slot machines. I did not get one single bonus and lost $300.00 at Max Bet $2.00 What a BIG disappointment. Their slot machines are so tight, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. What a waste of time, lost all of my money less than 40...
