I'm a school bus driver and this location is very convenient for me to grab something to eat on my downtime.. I've been coming here for yrs and the service used to be great, but they've been short staffed for a very long time and the turnover with employees is constant.. They suppose to open at 6am, but on several occasions I've gotten here after 7 and worker's were inside but they were not open for business yet.. Yesterday I got here a lot later than usual and I bought 2 croissants and they were old and stale like they were sitting in the warming tray for a very long time, I had already left so I called back to the store, the Manager was not receptive to my complaint and told me to bring them back, I told her I can't get back there until tomorrow morning, she told me to keep them until then.. When I got here this morning, she offered absolutely no apology, and she had an attitude.. She said nothing, she just took my bag and gave me 2 more, didn't ask if I wanted a refund or anything.. I asked her as a constant and loyal customer do you think I would actually eat the sandwiches and then make a false complaint to try to get free sandwiches?.. She said nothing.. I told her I think I can afford $5.50 and I walked out.. Very poor management skills, so I will be contacting corporate.. This happened today.. The Manager posted my review in the store on the wall and she asked me was I the person that posted it, I told her yes and she basically tried to chastise me, telling me if I don't like the services go to another store, I told her it wasn't always like this, so I came back to give them a chance to do better, she was very angry, very unprofessional and very confrontational!!.. Food quality disgusting, texture of burgers nasty and off. Taste poor dumped a ton of mustard on food which overshadowed everything, food not warm, one drink ordered with no ice, had ice, three napkins for 6 orders. Response from resturant. Read moreRight before the remodel was completed, a female manager made me a salad that was spoiled. She seemed stressed so I asked was everything ok..she said yes and I continued with my order. I was shopping across the street so I decided to check my salad, I was very shocked at the discoloration spoiled limp lettuce and soggy tomatoes. I rather her tell me she was out of the item rather than sell it and risk me getting sick. I took it back, stated the whole salad was spoiled, and she looked at it and refunded me without an apology. So while shopping across the street tonight my kids said "mom Burgers King!?"
