I ordered pizza, cheese bread and wings, I'm not a pizza person, so the wings were for me. I tried a wing and it had a sour taste, so i tried another it was the same, i had my son try one, who by the way eats everything, and he too said there was a funny taste, I spoke with Angela who was quick to tell me they don't sale expired food and that her manager told her there was nothing they could do. Read moreI ordered 2 subs, items were missing on one of them so i called. The manager was disgusting and rude. Instead of coming to a resolution after openly admitting she forgot to put the items on the sub, she proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called back, no answer. I had my husband call from his phone, a worker answered. When asked whats the managers name, he also hung up the phone. We called back again, no answer. So im assuming when dealing with resolving ordering issues, they just Hang Up! They lost a good customer. All i wanted was her name so i can inform the boss thats over her, how they handle their customers. Btw this was Tuesday November 6, 2018 at around 8:30 pm.
