Happy Ming — Restaurant in Bloomfield

DO NOT EAT ANY FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT. This was the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever tried to eat by far. I ordered sesame chicken and vegetable lo mein. The sesame chicken was inedible and revolting. The “chicken” meat was PURPLE… Disguised by the fried outer-portion, in every single piece purple unidentifiable mest. I took one bite and had to spit it out. There was nothing about whatever meat that was fries in there that looked safe to eat. I threw it all out as it did not look like chicken at all - it didn’t look like undercooked chicken, it looked like some other kind of meat that was unidentifiable. it was absolutely disgusting.

The vegetable lo mein was also disgusting and inedible. It was mushy and stuck together and stomach-churning. Generally vegetable lo mein, even if not great is at lease OK. This was not ok. I had to throw out the entire thing.

Even the fried chips that come with meals were something I spit out. They were mealy and greasy - likely friend in the same oil as that sesame chicken. I am sure if I had eaten that chicken dish or the lo mein, I would be sick right now, but of course there was no way I could eat weird purple meat. When your intuition tells you to spit out food trust it. Do not trust this restaurant under any circumstances. I want...

Decent food but the only reason I'm writing this is because of the man behind the counter.

I've been going there for about two years and no matter how many times I say, "thank you", he has never said anything to me besides the price of the food.

When I've ordered online and I get there forty five minutes later and they realize they haven't even started my food because they didn't check their tablet, I've never gotten an apology for their mistake.

Just plain old rude.

I wonder if he realizes he is hurting...

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I hadon't to call back and ask the guy why he hung up when I wanted to pay over the phone, he said I should have told him. I tried to but I told him he hung up on me. He was cutting me off and said what you want. I told him to cancel my order. I work for my money and don't need to give any rude person my money I worked for just because. Buy food from people who treat you like a customer, not a bother. You have money to give business and that includes good customer service. Walk away...
