Decided it was a nice night to go out with the husband after a long weekend at drill. We showed up and saw there were 2 waitresses and 1 bartender, it was 9 PM. So we sat at the bar, was greeted nicely and told the bartender we needed a drink menu. No problem whatsoever with that... but my husband and I noticed there were people waiting at the door and the waitresses were running around. The bartender also had a table, so he was busy. We got our drinks and appetizers put in before it got to crazy. Once we put in the main meal we felt alright. We got the food and were not checked on at all... we needed silverware and napkins and received nothing. Because they were too busy with the tables. The original bartender apparently left because he never came back and we didn't know what was going on. We ate our food and drank our alcoholic drinks, too shelf mind you, and sat there for 24 mins without a bartender coming up to us. We had empty drinks for 20 mins and just told the closest waitress to check us out so we could go. Poor service!! Check up on the 2 people only sitting at the bar... we just wanted...
Read moreEnjoyable stop. Came for dinner just before 7pm on a Saturday night. Parking lot and restaurant we're packed. Seven groups ahead of us in line, but timing was good as it only took 10-15 minutes to be seated. It took a while to get on the waiting list as they were seating people as fast as they could.
When full like this, the place is a bit loud. Eventually that fades into the background. Our waitress was great. Pleasant, precise, attentive to detail. Orders were brought out by multiple servers to every table, which made mix-ups less likely. My one complaint is that a specific request to not have croutons on a salad (our server wrote it on the order) was ignored. If I were Celiac, that would have been a serious problem. As it is I'm only super sensitive to wheat...I can hope to remove it all myself but it's always better if it never goes ON the plate in the first place.
Food itself was quite good. Fiesta Like Chicken, Broccoli Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Caesar Salad. All worth ordering.
We'll be back. Next time at a less busy time if we...
Read moreWe were looking for a place that we could dine out before the weather turns colder. This place is one of our sometimes regular spots before covid. We were seated promptly in their tent with plenty of space to ourselves. We rarely have a bad meal experience and the menu has several of our standby favorites. We went with the 2 for 29 option and our daughter grabbed the burger off the kids menu with a strawberry cream side. None of us had any regrets and we all cleared our plates. Service is normally good here but tonight maybe the waitress was newer. She cleared my salad before I was completely done grabbing my silverware. She was supposed to bring me a new set but after a couple minutes I just used my daughters who wasn't using hers. She also forgot my daughter's ketchup but her burger was so good that she didn't mind. At least she was friendly and apologetic, will chalk it up to maybe she was too busy. It won't keep us from coming back at some point in the future. Eating good in the...
