Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Bloomington

Hands down, this was the best and most pleasant coffee shop experience I've ever had. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the service. The cashier was incredibly kind and provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. We settled in with our cold brew coffees, a delicious chorizo burrito for me, and a sausage egg sandwich for my wife. The atmosphere was so nice—comfy and quiet, the perfect place to sit and relax. If you like waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for cup of coffee then this is the place for you.

I initially wrote the that the owner comments often on here, but nothing at the store changes. I also noted the unusual amount of local guide 5 star ratings. I wondered if it's advertising/marketing product...

I had a bit of time before work so I stopped at this Caribou for a snack. I told the barista what sort of coffee drink I was looking for and she suggested a flavored hot press coffee which does not have as much sugar as the lattés. The hot press was exactly what I wanted, but the flatbread I ordered was pretty rubbery and unsatisfying. Great location though with free Caribou designated parking spots in the garage. The staff was wonderful! And, they were somehow not busy at 7:30...
