EXCELLENT!!! I had my bridal up-do and makeup done here, and am very glad I did! Kourtney (hair) and Kassandra (makeup) are amazing!! Everything turned out just like I imagined and they were very friendly and helped me relax and enjoy my big day! Kourtney went above and beyond to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted and that everything would work with my hair type. She also gave a great calming presence and helped me relax the day of my wedding. Kassandra did my makeup perfectly, and made sure I was OK with everything before she finalized it. She is very nice and talented! The only thing I didn't like was that the makeup application area is right up front in the reception area, literally sharing the front reception desk. This caused a lot of customers who were checking in to comment on my makeup/hair and ask what my special occasion was. I do not want to talk to random customers while I am getting a service done, and I don't want them looking at me and distracting the makeup artist, especially on my wedding day. I needed a partial balayage and had heard good things about this salon. In the end my hair is not at all how it should be and I feel like they were not truthful with the cost. I was quoted around $70 for a partial balayage and ended up paying $99. They charged me $30 for the toner and did not inform me of this beforehand. In fact, everywhere else I’ve gone has never charged me for toner before. When you leave a salon you want to feel like you got what you needed and wanted. This was not the case. My stylist said, “Don’t worry about the toner, it will fade with washing.” Um, pieces of my hair were grayish-blue! My hair now looks like it was all colored light blonde (not at all like a balayage should look) except for 1 1/2 inches of my roots. It looks like I have let it grow out and need it redone! I went in for a bleach and tone and a cut. I got home and after a few days of just throwing it up when it was wet decided to actually do my hair. I went to curl my hair and found a large patch of hair in the crown of my head that is 10 inches shorter then the rest of my hair. I had think hair that would break hair ties and it was thinned out so bad with a “feather cut” that when I put it up it looks like I barely have any hair. To say that I am infuriated is a understatement. I stressed that I hate having my hair cut becuase it always gets ruined but understood with the bleach that we would have to trim off the ends. I didn’t know that I would be leaving with a clump of hair missing and it being so think it won’t even hold a curl.
