Horrible place to eat The food is prepared with very little care (i have seen people drop raw chicken and veggies on the floor and "rinse" it and just add it back to the clean chicken/veggies) they dont rinse there veggies and if they do rinse the veggies its in a dirty sink that has bean and meat juice in it. (Chipotle has a specific sink and sanitizer for the veggies at pancheroes they barely use water.if you come in the evening you are most likely eating veggies that were barely rinsed or just not rinsed and if you come in the mornings you are most likely eating stove cleaner with your food. The dinning rooms are clean to the bare minimum (infact the whole stored is barely cleaned) . wost of all they do not have rules for hand washing or glove changing and the worker just change there glove when ever the remeber or feel like it. I have seen people go to the bathroom and go right back to work woth out washing there hands @ chipotle and any other restaurant i worked at you are required to wash your hands twice before returning to work and change glove no matter what every hour on the hour.' (When i worked there i cut my finger and had wear gloves that were too small so they broke i had to wear small glove the whole two weeks it took my finger to heal because my gm would not order a larger size glove.)The workers talk bad about the customers after they leave. The gm is rude has no idea how to do his job. (Hands down worse boss i ever had) Went to get food after i had left the company and the gm was rude. I asked could i get rice on the side and he replied with "i cant just give away free food away" i never asked if i could have free rice i just wanted it on the side i even said i was willing to pay extra for it bc that how my mother inlaw likes it. After saying i would pay for the rice the gm tried to charge me $7.24 for two scoops of rice (the same amount they ended up putting in my bowl anyways) after being forced to get the rice the way the gm wanted to give to me i didnt have enough room to add the sauce on to the bowl and They charged me for the sauce on the side even though there wasn't space for it in the bowl and there was no sauce on the bowl. Bottom line i will never eat here again nor would i recommend this place to anyone.
Ps they dont temp any of the foodand they will let food sit there all day especially on sundays
Pss they do not hire black people especially black males
Psss they only hired me bc i lied about being Latino and when they found out they started acting funny.
Pssss they are NOT better than chipotle have you been in a chipotle...
Read moreThe food is great but the customer service is poor. I entered to find that no one was in line. There was a woman behind the counter who did not acknowledge me. She left. There was a man just inside the door to the kitchen area who was tinkering on his phone for about a minute before seeing me. He put on gloves but did not wash his hands (perhaps this is okay). I asked for a quesadilla and, before I could ask if I could have anything else on it, he closed it up and moved on. When I asked another employee why I couldn't have more stuff in my order, she made it sound like it was my fault for not reeling off my whole order quickly at the start, as if I am supposed to know exactly how they like their customers to order. Overall, I was met with bad communication skills. I was never rude to these employees of course, but it was clear that I was not satisfied with my order. The employees were too rushed and short with me that I did not feel like I was able to kindly express my disappointment. I felt like I did not get my money's worth out of my order, and the employees did not try to make it right. You can have a great product, but if the customers are not treated right, there is no point to having a good product. I will say, though, that the location is convenient, the parking is plentiful, and the outdoor seating...
Read moreThe burritos here are fantastic, and personally I like them the most out of any "Chipotle-adjacent" restaurants of this style I've been to. They have this tofusada thing made of tofu as a choice for meat, which I thought was pretty good having never had tofu before in my life. I normally stick to the chicken personally though.
My main complaint is the employees seem to have difficulty understanding what you say. I've been here 3 times and two of them they've mistakenly heard what I've asked for and I just have to watch in pain as they put something else on my burrito, or completely miss that I said "burrito bowl" and heat me up a burrito shell which isn't ideal since I'm trying to watch my carbs...Or another time when I just asked for the beans and they put rice on it as well.
The interior is very small, but I've never actually seen anyone eating inside the store, so despite that you probably will be able to find seating if that's what you want. It seems their default assumption is taking to-go, as I've never been asked if I'm dining in or not. There is plenty of parking in the attached strip mall area.
A burrito or burrito bowl normally starts at around $9, but after tip, tax, and adding queso (why is cheese an extra upcharge? seems weird) it normally costs...
