Hi, and this review is not good not good at all,, I am sorry to say I am done with dairy Queen I will not go back.. I live in Pembroke Ontario it has change so bad. If it is the same everywhere then I am surprised anyone will still go.. for example we have been going to dairy Queen here in Pembroke since we moved here and at first it was okay now the last few times we went it has changed for the worst, they now charge for chopped nuts in the peanut butter parfait which is 1 dollar more then I find out today they even changed a simple and I mean simple thing as a cherry that was always asked if we wanted on top which they do not offer at all.. the employees have told me that if there is any change to the order they have to charge, so I asked what about a banana split it comes a certain way if I ask for different topping am I charged.. there answer was not sure but they were told any variation to the way it's made they charge a fee.. so needless to say when I pay 5 to 6 dollars for an ice cream and want chopped nuts on a peanut busters parfait I get charged .. funny thing I mentioned this to someone I knew and they laughed because they also complained and the owner called them back and all he could do was complain about what he was charge by head office to get these products in and his bottom line..WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE I am 47 now and lived in a few place and this is the only place that dies this besides the same owner has the Petwawa store.. funny owner complains when we r charged 5 to 6 dollars for what ICE CREAM sorry I will really miss u.. maybe head office should get involved with there owners.. my daughter lives in Kingston Ontario and laughs at me because of our dairy Queen. . Thank you...

A hamburger with EVERYTHING on it: my idea of everything on it, is hamburger pattie, bun, mustard, catsup, pickles, and ONIONS! Well, what I get it is all BUT the ONION, then, the catsup and mustard and so sparse and faint, you can barely see it. Two very, very thinly sliced dill pickles. If I hold the pickles to the light, you can see through them! COFFEE: On one occasion, my coffee was SO strong, I attempted to tone it down by adding water, more sugar and creamer, but still not good. I phoned the manager and told him, Apologized said he would check into it and offered a free coffee on my next visit. On another occasion, on a Sunday during the lunch hour, ordered a coffee. The person on the intercom said: "we have no coffee today, we are out". I thought, why oh why, on a weekend and during the lunch hour, would you NOT have purchased a supply of coffee and had it ready during the lunch hour? Apparently, not good planning/checking your supplies. Still, another occasion, today, 8/3/14, Sunday, I got the same story about the coffee: "we do not have any coffee now". So, I just left with the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which is always very, very good. I must say, the same thing happens repeatedly every time I order hamburger with everything on it....no onions. So, I just shake my head and move on. Oh, then, too with the coffee, for quite awhile, wasn't getting a full cup. I always order the small, it it was always shy of 3/4 inch from the top. However, that has gotten better, when they do have coffee and it's now not as strong as it was on that...

60 year old here: Dairy Queen, unfortunately, has become the “Pay more, for Less”, place for a summer ice cream. Local DQ has the “small, medium, large” cups on display for comparison for the Sundaes. Really??? Is there any difference between the “Small to Medium, or the Medium to Large”? The same height ice cream, but a little more topping? What BS, compared to when I was a kid. When a LARGE Root Beer Float was what it WAS. Now, when I order I float, I was confused, as is was CHOCK full of ice cream, and hardly any root beer. I asked finally, and it was told me, the new way, was all the ice cream. I have had to tell them when ordering the RBF, that I wanted only the “log of Ice cream” on the side of the cup, like it used to be, and the rest root beer. Left me wondering what the heck is going on at corporate HQ. ? You corporate people have LOST YOUR MIND! At least, you have come back to naming the “Mister Misty”, the “Misty”. I guess it was against the Woke mentality, God forbid, to name something, “Mister”…, so you settled for “Misty”, instead of the stupid “Arctic Rush” we put up with for how many years? And what the hell happened to Butterscotch for a flavor?!! Where did that go? Now all we have is “Caramel”?? And you expect us, your customers, to pay OUT THE NOSE for a box of Dilly Bars? I can get the same at Cub Foods in Heath Bar for 40% less. “Pay More for Less” is the new Dairy Queen mantra. Americas bending over for DQ. Duh,...
