Amazing chopped salads! They put everything together then dump onto a cutting board. They chop and mix the ingredients and dressing at lightning fast speed. How many times does your dressing not cover your salad? Problem solved when whipped together and popped back in the bowl! Dined at 11:45am on a Tues and the line was to the door but they do get you through fast. It's actually a cool thing to watch how proficient and speedy the workers are. Insider tip: There's one line for wraps, hoagies and pizzas and another specifically for salads so watch for that coming in. Only open for lunch and can be tricky to find if you don't work here and unfamiliar with the buildings/parking ramps but definitely worth the effort for this hidden gem. Ate here several times while in Bloomington for business. Unique concept of fusion pizzas, subs and chop salads.

Food quality was always excellent and a great value between fair prices and large portion sizes.

This place can flat out hustle. It was always busy but the staff clearly is focused and staffed. Don't balk at going there if you see a line as they move real quick.

On the days I dined in the lobby bus staff were always visible, helpful and keeping it clean.

Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies.
