I think this is my first time actually writting a review on here because its rare when I complain.... but this at least needs to be known. So I went inside the store for the first time today. (I have had their cookies before and thought they were actually decent). However today when I walked in I was very confused by where to order as they had multiple places to do so (found out after the fact). I tried to ask the 4 or so women working there for help but they all acted like they couldn't hear me and then once I kept repeating myself one of them finally anwsered me but then rolled her eyes. I go to order and the woman at the register kept talking to the other people working there and wouldn't look at me to take my order, even though I was trying to talk. I was 2 seconds from leaving but after 30 seconds or so said "okay im ready." In reality 30 seconds doesn't seem long but when you're working with customers you should at least tell them that you will that you will be with them shortly if you want to talk about anything, let alone about something that has nothing to do with work. I asked her prices and she had no idea. I had to grab a pamphlet and look myself. Then after I ordered, for some reason I thought they would anwser me for another question... nope. I had to literally ask 3 different girls for hand sanitizer since i touched their ordering pad that everyone else also touches. She responded with, no with a smirky look on her face. Well then 2 mins later my cookies came out and were handed to me. They didnt say a word to me after I took my cookies, even though I still told her thank you. I could tell on my way out they were all laughing and making fun of.. I guess me!? I gave it at least 1 star though because the cookies were okay. BAKED is just as good though, if not better... and at least their nice there (stoned or not lol). Basically... they will NOT get my...
Read moreLarger than my hand ( one cookie). So be prepared. It is a good one to share like a pie. We picked up the four cookies of the day. They had two other but not really interested in a waffle cookie. The other cookie had pink icing. Not sure what it was made of. I have to say the berry cookie was the best cookie I have ever had. The white stuff was whipped cream so not as sugary as it looked. I was afraid it would be icing but it was not. The berry stuff was black berry goodness. Not sweet like jam. The cookie was like an uncooked oatmeal cookie. I couldn't eat anymore but my daughter loved her corner of the chocolate chip cookie. The husband loved his cookie and teen boy was super happy and wanted more. The cookies are pricey. But one spends more on coffee. They are unique and a company only in Indiana. The way you pay is by card. No other way. You order on the computer screen provided or your phone. Not so personal or any talking with the employees. Except when they call your name to get your cookies in a pretty pink box. A new way. They offer ice...
Read moreI really wanted to love Crumbl but it wasn't for me. I went into the store yesterday and saw there was a line which go me excited, because if it's good there wouldn't be a line. I got a hazel nut cookie, a vanilla cookie, a dulce de leche cookie and a potatoe chip chocolate chip. You pay over $12.00 for 4 cookies, they put it in a nice box, and show you your cookies before you head out the door. By the way the gentleman that took my order was terrific. Got them home and proceeded to cut a portion of each to taste them. This is when it went downhill. Two of the cookies were not cooked all the way and were raw in the middle (hazel nut and dulce de leche). The vanilla cookie tasted more like a piece of cake and was very bland tasting. The only cookie that tasted good was the potato chocolate chip. I was very disappointed and felt that $12 for two raw cookies, and one bland cookie was, needless to say, expensive. Again I was really hoping this experience would be a good one but...
