I'm giving 5 stars, not because of the service, but to my delivery driver. I had the same experience as majority of the people making 1 star reviews. I ordered online for delivery and the tracker was stuck on Prep for over an hour and the Delivery was highlighted for quite some time as well. Overall, my order took about 2 hours to arrive. This was the first time I'd ever had this experience with this store as I've ordered from them numerous times. During my wait, I did try to call but it said they were closed, even though Google said they were open, and I read the reviews seeing alot of other people had the same experience, and most were fairly recently. When the driver arrived, I could just tell he was already braced for some sort of feedback on the time it took to arrive. He was very apologetic about the service and so I just decided to simply ask him what was going on and he vented for a few minutes. He explained how they are short staffed and are having issues with the online ordering system and something went wrong with the phones; basically the whole place is just out of whack - chaos. I'm sure alot of ppl would hear that and just assume that because we're in a post pandemic era right now, that the "short staff" excuse is just that: an excuse. But the overall vibe I was getting from him left me convinced that he was legit being sincere in his apology and explanation. So, I just want to give a shout out to him and the other drivers with good work ethic. I hope that this store gets their shiznit together so that the drivers don't feel like they have to explain the obvious lacking in corporate response to...
Read morePicture with me. 12 hour drive to Bloomington MN with 4 children. Hotel is great. Nice room. Great staff. Kids hungry. I do a quick Google search for local pizza. We chose Dominoes. Dominoes is always dependable. We order 3 pizzas and cheesy bread. 45 minute wait we are told. Understandable. Mouth watering goodness. Kids pleased with our decision. We unpack and relax... 2 hours go by before we realize no pizza delivery. The kids get anxious. My wife calls to find out a reason for delay. No answer. I call. No answer. I call from hotel room phone. No answer. The children sense something is wrong. They begin to panic. Passed time for bed. Hunger sets in. The look in their eyes is worrisome. I warn my wife to get back. The children huddled, deciding our fate. We slowly back into the corner and built an unstable fortress of cushions and pillows. They charge but don't break through. The youngest child gets hurled over the top and brings our fortress down. The room is destroyed. The "kids" have their own language now. My wife decided to try Pizza Hut. They came through and saved the day. Pizza within 30 minutes. Left the most generous tip I've ever given. The children calmed down. To this day things still aren't the same. My wife suffers from ptsd. Dinner time is always tense around the house. Therapy has been productive. Never again will I depend on Dominoes to...
Read morePlaced order at 9 pm on 8/24/19. Hour later completely wrong order is delivered. I called the store and was unable to get through on the first attempt. I was hung up on. I called the second time and after waiting for 10 mins was able to speak with a man that informed me it would be an additional hr before receiving my order. I told him I would bring the wrong order back for a refund. As I arrived at Dominos the delivery driver called my phone to inform me that he had given me the wrong order after getting to his other stop. I explained I was at Dominoes for a refund. On this busy Saturday there appeared to be only two people working. The young lady behind the register stated she didn’t know anything about my situation, turned and walked away. After standing there fora few minutes the young guy I spoke with walked over and asked what I paid the driver. I stated 32.23. He says no you would have only been charged 31.00 dollars for the wrong order. I stated I gave your driver 35 and am only asking for the order amount to be returned. He grudgingly pulled out another dollar. No apology was given only a look of frustration for me having to ask him to do his job. I don’t know about you but I avoid places that do not appreciate my...
