I ate here today with my family and I ordered the $5 chalupa box and got the #3 and #9. When I was ordering it seems that nobody there is bilingual. My aunt tried to order in Spanish and the staff there did not understand so I ordered in english. When I tried to order a freezee they didn't have any.but they clearly look like they should know Spanish. When we received our order the food ...My chalupa was cold ...it seems like as if the bread was cooked before and just heated up ever so slightly and was made.and the tacos the shell was stale and I went to the counter and let one of the employees know. They made me a new taco and when I explained to the girl that it was stale she told me that she wouldn't know BC she's not sure of who's in charge of changing things out. BUT clearly you work here so everybody is responsible your a team. When I got the new taco it was still stale. I threw it out in the trash. Then I didn't even want to try the other food items that came with my meal. I threw those out in the trash as well. I loooove taco bell but not this taco bell. I highly recommend the one on baseline and riverside. The staff honestly could care less about the customers that come in all they care about is making their hours and get paid for horrible service. And get the food out fast enough but not caring about the...
Read moreThis location is the only location that makes a single car in the drive thru pull back to reset their timer. I have never been asked to do this unless a restaurant was busy, but this is the third time of separate occasions where there was literally nobody else in line and the associate says "can you pull back and up to reset the timer?" Why? What if we said no? This is terrible customer service. I understand again if it's busy but if you can't make a simple combo meal or single item order without setting the timer there are serious issues here. Employees are circumventing the timer so that it looks good on them while in reality this is a lazy approach. They are making it appear as if every order is on time when they're no actually hustling. Sorry but this is unacceptable. Anyone working in the industry knows these are no SOP. I think the manager or even corporate needs to be contacted because of you're the only car there it's their responsibility to get it in a timely order not making you reset it to give them extra time...
Read moreI dont eat fast food very often, but each time lately, i am constantly shocked at the absurdly high prices for the food that used to be of much higher quality and size of portion. Last night, i ordered some tacos for me and a brother, four Doritos locos supreme tacos for each of us. Nothing else. When i reached the drive- thru window, the grand total came to $24.91. For 8 tacos! I told the cashier that i am not paying such a ridiculous amount for 8 mediocre tacos and drove away. Purchased 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and two orders of onion rings down the street for $11.96. Back in the late 1970's, Taco Bell made a pretty good taco. The shells didn't taste stale, or send shrapnel into your gums when you took a bite, you got more and better tasting beef in each taco, and you werent wondering where the cheese went, it was falling out of each shell! Even the damned hot sauce was better! And the taco cost about 39 cents. Get it together, Taco Bell. I beg of you. And bring the Enchirito back while...
