Front of restaurant doesn't look like they're open. There were multiple TVs sitting at the host station. No signage saying you have to walk to the kitchen to place an order after they just stare at you. No menu; they only have tacos, burritos, and tortas. I make it a point to support locally owned; not chain restaurants. The quality of food isn't consistent. A few weeks ago, my burrito was great; today was mediocre at best. The part that really took away stars was the pricing. A basic burrito has gone up to $9.99 before tax with no avocado/guacamole or drink. Inflation, food costs...I get it....I'm choosing to support a locally owned business. So after tax, I notice my receipt doesn't match what she told me the total was. We went in about 1:30 and no one was there to eat. They expect you to stand exactly at the right place to order but where exactly is that? No one tells you before they treat you bad for not knowing. Even though the food was good we won’t be back. They need to learn how to...

They said they'd be right out. After 25 minutes. A guy did come out to say they only had tacos. No chef, so that's all they could do. No vegetarian option, so we left. I understand staffing issues these days, but come say something as soon as we walk in, not 30 minutes later. We could here a few people talking in the back and the guy that finally came out had been looking out of the kitchen at us...
