Unpleasant experience at McDonald's play area due to manager enforcing unclear rules. Multiple families, including those with children on the autism spectrum, were denied access. Manager's behavior was rude and unhelpful. Lack of name tags and uncooperative response when asking for contact information for reporting to corporate. Left due to discomfort with surveillance threat.
To make matters worse, the manager and employees spoke negatively about me in Spanish, unaware that I understood the language due to my Hispanic background. This disrespectful behavior only added to the discomfort.
Furthermore, this incident not only left us frustrated but deeply concerned about the lack of sensitivity shown towards families, especially those with children on the autism spectrum. The manager's dismissive attitude and refusal to provide basic information for corporate reporting raise significant doubts about the professionalism and customer care standards upheld by this particular McDonald's branch. Such behavior not only tarnishes the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the company. I know for a fact you can adjust your charges and instead of wasting my time and gas to go back..... they could have pressed a few buttons and kept a customer... The drive thru line was super long, hence long wait ! Had a decent size order with six kids in the car. Instead of causing the line To be held up I pulled ahead and checked my food to find missing items, incorrect items, and barely salted soggy yet hot french fries!! I parked the car and went inside of the McDonaldโs to hopefully get my food that was missing and have it replaced. I am met with an older white lady whose hair was in a braid.
