Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richfield

It was okay not top notch. we got there on the later side which is usually okay I know it was close to close but they still had 45 minutes or better I feel they should have been prepared. Considering they're already out of chili for my chili cheese burrito, which has the only reason I really wanted to go. Instead of offering me something to compensate for what they had run out of. They just asked me "would you like something else" which hurt my feels.. but some people do it, an put fourth effort to do their job, others are just there for a paycheck and you can tell the difference. there's a choice you choose. but I've worked for the company before plus many more and they did not handle it's right in my eyes. Maybe someday they'll get it right but I'll plan on not going back to this location location. 7740 2nd Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423. Don't go there. I was so disappointed. One night I went there really late. I got the Bel Grande. I liked it so much I went back and got it again after I finished that one. Well Saturday I took my daughter. I told her about my double trip to taco Bell and we laughed about it. It was why I added it to our evening together. I told her I had been craving Taco Bell and the Bel Grande. She saw my excitement. But when we got there we waited fifteen minutes for our order. And when we got it, it was COLD. The tomatoes were all stacked on one side and that Bel Grande looked different and tasted different. I no longer see it the same. No more Bel Grande. Ate here because Andale Taqueria Y Mercado across the way was a mad house. Tiniest parking lot and watched someone take 5 minutes to back out of their parking space. Saw this Taco Bell and said might as well seeing it is quick and easy. I was greeted by Mason who was friendly and very attentive. He took my order, genuinely had a great attitude, which to be 100% honest is rare for fast food employees these days. Mason greeted everyone who came in the door and went out and knew his regulars names which is even more rare in this day. After placing my order the gentleman who gave me my food was courteous and thanked me. The food was fresh and hot and I can honestly say I would eat here again even though I only crave Taco Bell a couple times a year. Corporate should make Mason the head trainer on how to interact with customers and use this Taco Bell as a bench mark for how all other locations...
