CUSTOMER BEWARE What happend PIZZA HUT? I'm going suggest to anyone that wants Pizza to stay away from Pizza hut to go else where. Unless you want horrible service, nasty cold food and a call center that is a complete joke. When calling the store number it gives you two options press 1 to order (which goes to a call center most likely overseas) or press 2 for inquires which is supposed to go directly to the restaurant (more then likely no one will answer or if they do they hang up)
Also what is with the delivery charge of $4.99 when pizza hut is not even delivering food themselves? (SOUNDS SCAMMY) And I'm all about tipping decent until fake fees get added.
If your going to order anyway, Good Luck! I'd suggest using a credit card keeping your personal info safe, I'd also suggest keeping cash on hand and tipping the driver your self. Don't tip ahead.
My personal experience: I ordered my pizza online around 7:30, it said it would arrive in 20-30 minutes, then said it was on its way. I then patiently waited for over a hour. At which time it was getting late so I tried calling many times after 9:00 pressing 2 no one answered or they would immediately hang up. Finally pressed one, explained to the guy what happend the guy told me he was going to call the store and check and put me on hold a few seconds later he disconnected me as well. Calling back and explaining once again to the same guy, he told me to call the store. He wasn't comprehending I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got snippy with me and told me that was his line was for new orders only and he couldn't do anything about it. When I asked for a refund and told him I wanted my order canceled and the corporate number he said he couldn't help me. So basically he told me at the time I was out $70 and wasn't getting food. I was pisssed as anyone in that position has a right to be.
I decided now I had to go out get food somewhere else and stop at pizza hut. A mile down the road around 9:20, I get a text message from "door dash" saying that my food had been picked up and out for delivery. Within 10 minutes this guy was at my door and called me and even waited a couple of minutes for me to get back home.

I HAD TO ASK FOR SALT/ (THEY HAD NO PEEPER )AND PARM CHEESE SHAKER BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY ON THE TABLES AND WAS GIVEN PLASTIC FORKS WHEN I ASKED FOR SILVERWARE.. 4TH- A staff member came to work and brought in the bike he was riding and parked it in the dinning room and went to work 🤦🏻♀️. The food was ok, but we spent over $60 and had a horrible dinning experience‼️IF you wanna turn it into a strictly to go order location that's fine, but if not don't treat dine in ppl that way .. Read moreToday (12/01/17) in total, I was on hold for an hour with just this ONE store. The last time I called to place an order, I decided to leave my phone on speaker until someone picked up. No matter how long it took. After 20 minutes on hold, THEY hung up.
The online site was broken at this time so I had no choice but to keep calling somewhere. But why would I order online when my last order from this store on 11/27/17 WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO CALL BACK?
I had to call another Pizza In town to finally get my food, TWICE. The first time I called the other store, they tried to transfere to this store on Franklin. They finally picked up and asked if it would be for delivery or carryout and I said delivery. Then they put me on hold for another 15 minutes and I hung up and called the second store back.
Finally, the second store agreed to place my order, but when I mentioned my experience (as politely as possible) they refused to discount my order at all.
I even attempted to call the customer service hotline on their website and I was on hold again for another 25 minutes.
I NEVER post reviews, especially negative ones, because I used to work fast food. I understand being busy on a Friday. I understand systems potentially crashing and having bad nights. What I don't understand is no one picking up the phone AT ALL with no explanation or...
