We did an online contactless carry out order today. Placed order at 4:52 pm and app said ready in 13 minutes. We drove across town and was there about 5:16 and used the I’m here to let them know. No one came out. Boyfriend went in and came back out and said it wasn’t ready. I again checked the app and it told me the order was ready. He waited about 20 minutes and went back in again. He came back out 15 minutes later with our food and said it was a total disaster in there. People were coming in and picking up food that was wrong and even cold. There was a car that was there before us and he came out with one box and a side box then went right back in and came out with nothing as his food was cold. It took us an hour plus to get food that was supposed to have been ready in 13 minutes. Very disappointed as we spent almost $100 and the food sure wasn’t worth that. We ordered extra cheese and couldn’t even see the cheese on the pizza.

I wasn’t home when the delivery took place, but my boyfriend was and I can only assume the driver took great care based on the pristine condition the pizza was in when I got to it. It was made precisely to my specifications and was one of the best pizzas I’ve had delivered in recent memory. Service industry/kitchen/delivery jobs can really suck, so I truly appreciate this perfectly executed pizza experience. Y’all killed it. (Also this pic is the next day and refrigerated, just felt like I should add a pic)

Who and where was the manager?? Pizza Hut corporate should be absolutely ashamed to have this location attached to their name. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find a different pizza place. Avoid this location at ALL costs. Adding a pic.. the entire inside of this restaurant is filthy..

CUSTOMER BEWARE What happend PIZZA HUT? I'm going suggest to anyone that wants Pizza to stay away from Pizza hut to go else where. Unless you want horrible service, nasty cold food and a call center that is a complete joke. When calling the store number it gives you two options press 1 to order (which goes to a call center most likely overseas) or press 2 for inquires which is supposed to go directly to the restaurant (more then likely no one will answer or if they do they hang up)

Also what is with the delivery charge of $4.99 when pizza hut is not even delivering food themselves? (SOUNDS SCAMMY) And I'm all about tipping decent until fake fees get added.

If your going to order anyway, Good Luck! I'd suggest using a credit card keeping your personal info safe, I'd also suggest keeping cash on hand and tipping the driver your self. Don't tip ahead.

My personal experience: I ordered my pizza online around 7:30, it said it would arrive in 20-30 minutes, then said it was on its way. I then patiently waited for over a hour. At which time it was getting late so I tried calling many times after 9:00 pressing 2 no one answered or they would immediately hang up. Finally pressed one, explained to the guy what happend the guy told me he was going to call the store and check and put me on hold a few seconds later he disconnected me as well. Calling back and explaining once again to the same guy, he told me to call the store. He wasn't comprehending I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Got snippy with me and told me that was his line was for new orders only and he couldn't do anything about it. When I asked for a refund and told him I wanted my order canceled and the corporate number he said he couldn't help me. So basically he told me at the time I was out $70 and wasn't getting food. I was pisssed as anyone in that position has a right to be.

I decided now I had to go out get food somewhere else and stop at pizza hut. A mile down the road around 9:20, I get a text message from "door dash" saying that my food had been picked up and out for delivery. Within 10 minutes this guy was at my door and called me and even waited a couple of minutes for me to get back home.

After 9:30 food arrived cold, stale and nasty just like any pizza would be 2 hours after it was cooked..and it...

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DINE IN ‼️THE food was the only thing good about this location.We stopped at this location on our way through on vacation, and Our experience was NOTHING like our Pizza Hut back at home.I seriously wonder if the franchise knows that there is so much difference in the way each resteraunt is actually being ran??🤔 1st- we stood at the entrance waiting for over 5 min waiting for the staff to come inside..Meanwhile, there was a manager sitting at a booth that did not bother to get up and help us or even say 🙄" wait a moment and someone will help u "... When 2 staff members finally came in from outside she asked "what we wanted?" I said that "we were waiting to be seated". To which she stated that we had to order at the register BEFORE WE COULD SIT...????🤔 WAIT ?? WAT ?? No menu to sit and look at and decide what we wanted..we had to look at a small placemat with items on it..2nd - the drinks were bottled, so no refills.. 3rd - the staff member then brought us ALL OF THE FOOD WE ORDERED IN BOXES ‼️ And left a couple napkins and 2 paper plates..🤯😱 Wat ??? IF WE ARE DINNING IN WHY ARE WE GIVEN OUR FOOD IN BOXES ?? I HAD TO ASK FOR SALT/ (THEY HAD NO PEEPER )AND PARM CHEESE SHAKER BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY ON THE TABLES AND WAS GIVEN PLASTIC FORKS WHEN I ASKED FOR SILVERWARE.. 4TH- A staff member came to work and brought in the bike he was riding and parked it in the dinning room and went to work 🤦🏻‍♀️. The food was ok, but we spent over $60 and had a horrible dinning experience‼️IF you wanna turn it into a strictly to go order location that's fine, but if not don't treat dine in ppl that way .. WILL NOT RETURN ‼️AND I MISS MY HOME TOWN PIZZA HUT AFTER SEEING HOW THIS ONE IS RAN...

Today (12/01/17) in total, I was on hold for an hour with just this ONE store. The last time I called to place an order, I decided to leave my phone on speaker until someone picked up. No matter how long it took. After 20 minutes on hold, THEY hung up.

The online site was broken at this time so I had no choice but to keep calling somewhere. But why would I order online when my last order from this store on 11/27/17 WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO CALL BACK?

I had to call another Pizza In town to finally get my food, TWICE. The first time I called the other store, they tried to transfere to this store on Franklin. They finally picked up and asked if it would be for delivery or carryout and I said delivery. Then they put me on hold for another 15 minutes and I hung up and called the second store back.

Finally, the second store agreed to place my order, but when I mentioned my experience (as politely as possible) they refused to discount my order at all.

I even attempted to call the customer service hotline on their website and I was on hold again for another 25 minutes.

I NEVER post reviews, especially negative ones, because I used to work fast food. I understand being busy on a Friday. I understand systems potentially crashing and having bad nights. What I don't understand is no one picking up the phone AT ALL with no explanation or...
