Went to Starbuck at 284 N. Jacobs Drive, Bloomington IN. Thurs. 06 Aug. around 4:30 p.m. Decided to walk in due to long drive through line. Ordered a simple latte and black coffee. Nice lady took my order and asked this big stocky guy (maybe 6'3") with a bun and partially shaved head a question and he rudely replied to her. Then I stood there with 4 other customers for at least 15 minutes watching car number 6 get their orders while we all continued to wait for our order. Finally got the latte (but still waiting on the black coffee) and sat in a chair and pulled my mask down to take a sip. This same guy looks over and says very rudely "sir, you cannot sit in our chairs and you must wear your mask at all times." I said "if I didn't have to wait for more than 15 mins. for my drinks I wouldn't need to sit in the chairs"! He again rudely said "Sir, put on your mask now". I left the store as he sarcastically said "have a nice day". The customer service has been dropping across the board (I've been to many Starbucks as I travel the country) for the past 2 years. This was just the final tipping point. Employee's like this will destroy a business in no time. We come for the coffee but are loyal due to the customer service. I've sold every last stock I have in the company and will absolutely never visit another...
Read moreWe were the first customers to order our drinks inside with 3 vehicles in drive, cost about $15.00, which is no big deal. We ask the cashier for 2 venti Carmel ribbon crunches, one with extra carmel and strawberry drizzle around the inside of the cup with cream base, and the other with a shot of exspresso and strawberry drizzle with coffee base. Store got busy, normal, but instead of switching back and forth from drive to front, they strictly made drive orders while playing around. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. Then when they started to make fronts they skipped mine and the lady behind me order. My fiancees order was wrong. Hes not a big coffee fan and they made his with coffee, and he did not get extra carmel or strawberry drizzle in his cup or even around the inside like he asked. This store is the o ly store we ha e trouble with getting our order right. We live in Martinsville and they get it spot on. I hate to complain because I ha e worked in a restaurant and things happen and you need to keep good spirits, but 30 minutes. We were both late to work by 30 minutes. If we would have gotten our order in a timely manner, we would have been on time. I would like to have my order compensated, or a remake which I hope would be made right. Read moreI’ve had a decent experience going to this particular Starbucks location in the past. But in the past two week, it’s been terrible! I go to this Starbuck’s location almost every day, and the service I’ve gotten is less than stellar. The workers barely greet you, they’re usually standing around gossiping, being obnoxious, and making customers wait for their drinks. I’m an understanding person and not generally a complainer, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. I went in today for an iced coffee, I even pre-ordered it on the mobile app so it would be faster. I waited for almost 30 minutes for my drink, and there were two women in front of me waiting for still who had ordered before me. The lady in front of me had been waiting for an iced water for over 30 minutes!! Starbucks was hardly busy; and yet there were now 4 people still waiting for drinks. Needless to say, I never got my drink because I was late for work. This particular starbuck’s location lacks good work ethic, friendliness, and servicing people promptly.
