Take-out was excellent! Arrived at about the beginning of lunch slow-down, no waiting. Was greeted by the most friendly young lady with excellent manners who made me feel welcome. I explained how it was my 1St time ever at a Snuffy's MS & asked what the special was. The young lady was genuinely happy to talk up the burgers but, the malts are really good. She gave me a menu and said let her know when I was ready. The menu is easy to read and the pricing is fair. By the time I was ready & went to the counter to order, another smiling face was ready to take my order and was also genuinely happy to get me going - no signs of "just got done with the lunch rush" anywhere (and the place was about 60-65% seated).I went with the California Burger w/grilled onions and a couple of the "1/2" malts. No issue or surprises with the transaction, another smile & it'll take about 10mins so make yourself comfortable (not thanks, it'll be right up). Funny it might of taken all of 10 mins but it went fast. Friendly young lady #2 call me over, hands me my goodies and stops and say oh wait... you wanted ketchup & mustard (even not busy gals might not remember 10 mins later) quickly pulled back the sacks, tossed in the condiments, on the way back, another big smile and a thank you, see ya again soon and away I went. As I was walking to my vehicle, I caught myself with a grin. A few mins later I'm home & ready to see what it's all about and I have to say, it didn't disappoint as matter of fact, the burger was pretty darn good - big, ripe tomato slices, generous and of pickles and a ton of really grilled onions(not just warmed up onions), the meat patty was larger than the good size bun - looking at it was a reminder of one of those "Big O'le sloppy" delicious burgers of days past and after adding the K,M & Mayo (Mayo was incld) to my liking, after the 1st bite, the burger was worth the stop. As for the malts, I think I will get the "Big" next time, not because the "half" was small but for the difference in cost and, because it taste really good, the Big would have hit the spot. I am being very detailed about this review because the restaurant in same place prior was such a disappointment that I wanna do my part so this place gets the best start possible with the hopes it stays 'round for awhile. Food was great, however I'm pretty sure my credit card information was stolen here...

We dined here on Friday, 4/28/23. We had a large group and split the check in half. The waitress brought two of those check folders to the table. We put our cards into the respective sleeves/folders. The waitress picked up the folders and left for a few minutes and returned with the folders and set them on the table. I found my folder but it only have the check, no receipt and no credit card. I asked the waitress when she returned and she was like "oh, there was no credit card in there so we couldn't run it". If that was the case, why didn't she let me know right away, that was really odd. So I said that I was convinced I had provided my credit card - and she seemed to question me, so I pulled out my wallet and showed her that my credit card wasn't there - and so she went looking to see if it fell out. About 5 minutes later she returns saying that she found it on the ground. Keep in mind, this is one of those metal/heavy cards and if it had fallen out I'm certain she would have heard it hit the hard ground. But it still makes no sense why she had originally left the folder on the table knowing my card was missing and couldn't run it and didn't say anything, that would never happen. They will always return right away saying your card was missing, and not let you leave the restaurant without paying. They would never wait for me to mention this to them. Also, I've also never had my card lost/fallen on the ground, this was a first. The whole thing was super fishy.

A few days later my card was used for multiple Canadian Tire charges totally roughly $1,000. I caught it right away and had the card cancelled. And then later that day I receive a notification from my credit card company saying that someone was trying to add it to Samsung Pay...I have no Samsung devices.

I've thought long and hard whether to post this, but I'm convinced this is where my credit card...
