Wendy's — Restaurant in Bloomington

Awesome place for quick bite or hang out. Nice selection of items Great service and friendly folks working there. Nice and clean. Music usually background but a few times a bit loud.. HOWEVER, recently went in this past weekend and would call but having some phone issues and unable to get out. Ordered a combo with a baked potato chili cheese and asked no cheese and asked for a bit more chili extra onion and chives. Usually family in hurry and save the potato for later and didn't notice until got home and saw later, as family put in fridge for me, that was charged for extra chili and there was barely any on there at all....and wasn't told of charge; yeah probably should have known, BUT point is there should have been a good amount of chili and would be nice to remind people of extra charges etc. Also, wasn't sure if since took off cheese which believe is about the same cost or more if could substitute... We were desperate for vegetarian options at about 11:00 at night in Bloomington. A friend of mine is strictly vegetarian and we forgot to get something at the grocery store so across the street on College Mall Avenue we went to the Wendy's and got two baked potatoes. I placed an order for a 10 pc chicken nugget meal but they gave me a bourbon chicken sandwich and they had left the paper on the cheese and the chicken was still cold. Let me note that I ordered it through door dash. So I called Wendy’s and told them about the order and the guy that answered the phone was quick to say that’s not our problem and you have to contact door dash and I proceeded to say well door dash didn’t make my food Wendy’s made it.
