By far the rudest store I've ever ordered from! Both the male and the female that I talked to need a course in customer service. The male said hold on I have a customer here, and put me on hold for over 6 minutes. The female picked up and at first I thought she would be better, and she is just as bad. She talked over me, where I had to keep repeating my order, tried to pick arguments over adding lettuce to a sandwich, wouldn't quote a time for delivery, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the credit card and she got really nasty and huffy when I said no we will tip at delivery. I didn't receive confirmation, no thank you, she just hung up the phone. After seeing Google reviews on this place it will be interesting to see when our order actually arrives, looks like most average 1-2 hours. I called to make sure they delivered to us, cause we are 1.4 miles away but the website says that no one delivers to us, they were short on the phone about that, it should have been a clue to not order from them. How can a store operate like that. This was the first and it will be the last time I order from this location. I'd rather pick up an order in the rain at another location. Our order arrived 50 minutes after we placed the phone order! The driver was nice but doesn't make up for the rudeness...
Read moreFreakishly fast has become freakishly dumb! My office is 3 BLOCKS from the restaurant (0.3 miles to be exact), but they choose to deliver me LAST! I could easily walk there but choose to pay a delivery fee and give a tip. What sense does it make to choose the person furthest away and deliver them first and make EVERYBODY wait as long as possible for their food? This has happened last time I ordered, and again today. When I called the restaurant last time I was told "the driver decides his own route". You don't let an 18 year old kid make your business decisions. Today my food showed "out for delivery", and almost 40 minutes later showed up at my door. So it took you 40 minutes to get the food 3 blocks. I used to get my orders in 10 minutes at my door, and now it's averaging an hour an 15 minutes. I called the restaurant today, and it just rang-and-rang-and-rang. So they decided to just not answer the phone today too. There is no need for your canned response of "reach out to corporate" because I will do that as well. You just need to get with your drivers and come up with a better plan of how many people you are going to tick off today? All of them or maybe just half if you...
Read moreI enjoy Jimmy Johns food and customer service. However Today visiting the blue ash location on kenwood rd. I entered and was not greeted for over 6 minutes with me being the only customer. I thought originally the young lady associate was busy filling online orders and the older male manager was getting boxes from the back room. I finally stand directly in front of the register and about to leave when the manager says Iâll help you when your ready. I replied that I was ready and waiting to be greeted and to place my order. The manager then argues with me that because I was on My cell phone he was going to ignore me until I hung up the call. I advised that even if I was on my cell that when a person walks in common courtesy is to greet and say hello. Then say let me know when your ready to order. Not ignore them for over 5 minutes. He continued to argue and I advised I would leave and just take my business some where else. The manager then said weâll leave then. I leave, go across the street to Qdoba. I didnât want that but Iâm pregnant and had to finally eat. Overall really disappointed in the service and really wanted the food but refused to support...
