I stopped here this morning and one of the women working behind the counter, apron read “Cari”, was kind of rude. I came in not really knowing what I wanted and I said “Sorry, just lost my train of thought” because it’s Monday morning and I haven’t had my coffee yet☺️ she said “okay??” with an attitude so I decided then I wanted “a venti iced espresso with 4 pumps of vanilla” She said “how many shots??” “Is this iced??” Again, with a nasty tone and having pretty much dismissed what I ordered except the fact it was espresso. I was kind of taken aback by her tone but also the fact that I told her I wanted a venti which would normally come with three shots if I’m not mistaken. I can understand feeling stressed especially in her position (working at a highly popular coffee shop on a Monday morning) and I normally don’t leave reviews, but I really did not like my experience and it gave me a bad start...
Read moreI've been having a difficult time with this specific location and mobile orders. My drinks have been made properly and staff has been kind, but that isn't my issue. I struggle to understand what the point of even using the mobile order is? The most recent visit, I placed an order and followed the timestamp on the APP to retrieve my drink. I walked in at the same time as a pair that ordered with a cashier and were served their drinks before me. Not a huge deal, except now I stood there another 5 minutes, watched another order and be served before me. We were 15-20 minutes beyond my "pick-up time" at this point. The barista did keep trying to come over and assure me that it would not be much longer but I'm not really sure what the delay was to begin with. Read moreThis was our first visit to this location and it was very busy at seven in the morning, so we don’t know what it’s like normally, but we had to wait quite a while for both of our drinks and his was just a black coffee. Also, we both felt like our beverages were weaker than normal, and you can see by the label that I requested six shots of decaf espresso, extra room for cream, AND light water, and my drink was still weak. I have perfected this crazy high maintenance recipe over the last 10 years because no matter what I seem to do, the baristas always wanna add more water than they need to, because I guess they think I don’t know what I’m asking for or they’re worried about someone complaining that it’s not filled all the way to the top, but I just want a really strong cup of...
