Was here at 5:30 PM in february. Dining room empty, few cars in the drive thru. Ordered inside. The drive thru guy took my order because they were short staffed. He was really nice. Ordered spicy nuggets and got regular ones. :/ Was here October 8th during the lunch rush. I do not recommend going here if you are looking for fast and complete service. The order line (drive thru and inside) were really long. This is to be expected at 12:00. I waited in line inside fo r 20 minutes to order. Out of spicy nuggets and all of their sauces, including ketchup at the drink station. The food came out fast. I'm pretty sure my order was messed up on the register because I paid more than I thought it should be. I said to-go and it came out on a tray for dine in. That was one strike too many for this visit so I thought I would update my review. This location has the coke freestyle machines. You basically have to break your fingers against the touch screen for it to register any of your finger motions. That's not this locations fault but rather a complaint against all freestyle machines everywhere. The restaurant seating was clean. Bottom line: this place is not fast during the lunch rush. I was dissapointed they were out of spicy nuggets and all of their sauces. I left a 3 star review because I think society needs to loosen up on their expectations when not planning a lunch during their work day (like I did). If you don't want to wait in a long line and want your order to be perfect, then pack your own lunch the night before and plan ahead. Getting disgruntled because something at Wendy's didn't go your way doesn't help anyone. I'm not sure I'll be back to this Wendy's during the lunch rush but I'll give them another shot in the future to get back to my 5...

I’ve watched multiple people pull out of line and multiple walk out of the store without ordering. People don’t have 20 mi. to wait for food on their lunch break. Maybe do something to fix that if you want to stay in business.

Be prepared to wait way longer than necessary to get your food. Minimum of a 10 min wait. Usually more. This is not from a high volume of customers, you’ll wait that long even if there’s only 3 cars in the drive thru, they are just really, really, really slow. Update: changed to a 2 star review from 3 star. Wait times are getting worse. Could probably drive to another Wendy’s, get food, and get back here in the time it takes to get your food here. 16 cars in the drive waiting today, haven’t move in over 5 min.......updated to 1 star. They are so slow.
I have not come here in a few months. Decided to give another shot. Absolutely nothing has changed. No customers in the lobby but still stupidly slow. I waited over 20 min in line, I feel like you have to try to be this bad. Read moreI wish I could give it 0 stars. I show up at 10:55 to order dine in. I see no cars in the drive through as well as maybe 2-3 cars in the span of the time i was there. I was reassured multiple times that someone would come help me and take my order to which I have only a 30 minute lunch to take. Normally wendys is fast and doesn't take a half hour. Around the 11:20 mark i asked if it would be easier for them if I went through drive through as there was no one to help take anyone's order inside. The worker just stared at me and ignored me then left. Upon looking towards the back i see a couple workers who were just standing there on their phone not even working. In total I was about 25 minutes at this location just waiting for someone to take my order and advise everyone else to steer clear away and go to a different wendys.
