Fazoli's — Restaurant in Blue Springs

Didn't come for the food, however it's decent. What I'm more concerned with is current employees like Anna for example leaving obviously botched reviews as if she was a ordinary first time customer, and it's sort of alarming that scrolling through the reviews literally just about every single review that sounds like a group rehearsal is all directed specifically for a miss Julie, let's be real if an individual had such a substantial ability to make every guests feel the need to remember her name and go out of their way to leave a review specifically for her and in some cases employees doing the same thing this lady would not still be at fazolis with an assumable average crew member pay, makes me wonder what's really going on here. Who is it that you guys are owned by? Because your Independence and Lee's Summitt locations both say by Fazolis Systems Management LLC , Your website clearly at the bottom states @2022 Trademark of Fazoli's systems Management LLC like all other businesses web pages but for some reason in a couple previous comments and a website named buzzing I believe a UP Properties LLC a company of an alleged whole entire whopping four employees owns Fazolis and that Fazolis is there only location in this area, but like previously stated when I talked to your neighboring stores they both claim that your location is under the same ownership...

Melody and Daniel literally saved my daughters birthday party! What incredible service this location has! They went above and beyond to make sure her birthday dinner made it to the right house after a human user error( always verify the delivery address 🥴😭) caused my daughters birthday dinner to be delivered to the wrong address! I honestly can't rate them high ENOUGH! I have worked in food service and I know the food $$ isn't as much of a huge issue overall usually (unless small business/owned) , it's the TIME. Those incredible humans took the time to correct an issue they didn't cause. They were thoughtful and kind and I am so thankful they had the humanity to care. Made her birthday, and my week! What a positive turn around! Thank you Fazolis for hiring good people! fazoli's used to be a much better Italian fast food option but their quality of food has declined from what it used to be. the chicken parmesan is mostly noted by myself as being not such a good thing anymore. I don't know if it's a supplier issue or a move that was made to cut costs, but the dish is nothing near the value it used to be and isn't nearly as tasty. recently covid restrictions have changed the dynamics of many restaurant menus and what they're able to offer such as salad bars and being able to use real silverware when dining, so i don't know if that comes into play with fazolis salads, but i had a cesar salad with my meal the other day and it just tasted awful. i couldn't even eat it. the fettuccini was so thick and dry, it looked as if it had been from the day prior and perhaps reheated... I'm not sure, but our last few visits have been rather disappointing. at this point the only thing we mostly go back for is to grab some delicious bread sticks from the drive thru. you can't hardly go wrong with the...
