Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Blue Springs

A few years ago I gave this store 5 stars. I changed my rating because in the past couple of years, this location has drastically disappointed. Yesterday, I decided to give them one last chance. Sometime around 10 am, I went through and ordered a latte with almond milk and half sweet with honey. First, I was in line for more than 20 mins waiting for my order (I was on my way to work). Next, the barista poured in regular milk and then handed me my drink. I cannot tolerate milk and I am super anxious about ordering from this location because they almost always mess up my order--I feel like I have to watch them like a hawk. I asked her to remake it. She did, but apparently didn't add honey like I ordered. Not only is coffee expensive and should be made correctly but I am also an insulin-dependent diabetic...that means I took my insulin expecting to be consuming honey. Not to be dramatic but if I take too much insulin (like expecting to consume carbs that are not there) I could pass out, go into a coma, and even die. I prefer Dutch Bros--they have never, to this date, messed...

Inconsistent with making the same drink taste the same any other day. Been going to scooters for 5yrs or so now, and now the district manager is trying to tell us to go to a different coffee shop. Never had this much trouble with the independence scooters location's. Spend a pretty penny there daily and they just don't seem appreciative of...

Met a friend for coffee, went through the drive thru to purchase our drinks and parked in the lot to sit and visit. It was very slow, no other customers. We were inside my car, we were not loud.
