Starbucks — Restaurant in Blue Springs

HORRIBLE! I went at 6:50PM on April 13th to reward my daughters. There were two gentlemen already waiting on an order when we arrived. We walked straight to the counter but weren’t acknowledged. One girl was washing dishes and the gentleman was making orders. She told us eventually she’d get with us but continued to wash ALL of the dishes first. 5 minutes later she takes our order. We then wait for five drinks. She continues cleaning up and allowing the gentlemen to make orders alone...as a line is forming. I get two of my drinks. The customer behind me is then served both of his drinks while I continue to wait. She takes an order from another customer who she apparently knows. She made no ones drink all night...but makes that customers drink and puts it on the counter. So...25 minutes after entering I finally leave with my drinks. Four drinks have been served ahead of me. I actually felt sorry for the gentlemen because he was doing his best..but got ZERO HELP. No apologies were issued at all for our near 30 wait for 5 drinks. The girl was actually rude because I expressed concern that drinks weren’t being made and delivered in the order they were received. ...

Nice staff, prompt service. However, not a corporate store so there are real drawbacks you’ll want to pay attention to if you’re expecting the same experience as a stand-alone location. If there’s a shortage on something—anything—they’ll be the first to experience that, as the corporate stores have dibs. Last week there was a long list again of things they did not have. Not their fault, I know. Although you can earn stars in the app, you can’t spend them here (but yes you can still use gift cards of course). Also, they DO NOT have nitro. Took away two stars b/c I came for nitro cold brew and to redeem a reward, and could do neither. There was only one drip coffee option and several other dairy options were...

Sent my husband to grab me a frap and he brings me a poor excuse for a drink. In his defense, he didn't know what he was ordering or what to expect. He just ordered what I asked him to order. He ordered a venti mocha frap add pistachio syrup. He comes home with a small cup of cold brown liquid with whip cream on top. We don't live close enough to run back over. Save your money and don't go to this Starbucks. I have never been to this location before and they obviously need new management. They have several...
