Subway — Restaurant in Blytheville

I ordered through the App, with a tip, and I make a simple request when placing the order to cut the sandwich in half and wrap the halves separately as it makes it a lot easier and less messy to eat in the car while I am driving. So I walk into the shop and was not greeted with a hello or anything and I said I had an order to pick-up. The girl handed my sandwich across the counter and that was it with no thank from her for the order or coming in. I get a few miles down the road and take my sandwich out and you can see in the picture what I received. Not cut and of course not wrapped separately. Employees were happy to take a tip on the order but could not pay attention to the details to get my order right. And also no napkins were put in the bag on a to go order? That is the problem when you tip in advance of service there is no incentive to earn one then! Order C79A6014-96 8-5-25...

Usually wouldn’t put a rating this low on anyone. But I’m currently in here on 8/29/18 around 7. A sweet young girl by the name of Chloe was serving on us she’s new and I’m assuming in training but was doing a awesome job, her “boss” was constantly over her shoulder! Getting on to her over every little thing she did , when to me she wasn’t doing anything wrong . My mother and I sit down to eat and are currently listening to her boss now tell her she doesn’t want to hear anything from chole’s mouth and for her to just shut her mouth. I’m assuming this is the owners wife, or sister . But flat out RUDE. Won’t be back, and I hope that poor girl soon quits and finds a job with a boss that will treat her like a human being . Subway has really changed! I remember when you would get a decent amount of meat and extras on your sandwich. Now you get a little meat and not so much extra anything. The word of the day is CHEAP! When you have to ask "May I have more onions? May I have more black olives? May I..." - it's beyond ridiculous and insulting! The only thing you get plenty of is Italian bread. That's it! They don't remember to make you a decent sandwich, but they sure remember to increase their prices. Isn't...
