Was rushed through my drive through order ordering a 4for $4 chicken nuggets with ketchup and bacon cheeseburger plain and Dr pepper and 2 grilled chicken wraps no honey mustard. Got to the window and she was so busy texting on her phone took a while to process my card and no receipt or even offer one. Handed me my for said there you go have a nice day shut the window and went back to texting . Practically throwing it Soat me very rude I sat there without my drink and without .ketchup but I did have sweet and sour xaice which no one uses in my truck she walked off and I had to wait on someone else to check on us still sitting at the window. Went here last week passing through town. Everything was spaced well and looked clean and organized at first, but there were lots of flies in the dining area and they were even in the restroom which was off putting and annoying. Also one of the employees working in the kitchen area was conversing loudly with a coworker using the F word. I heard it twice which I thought was very disrespectful. There were no napkins in the service area where the straws and ketchup and stuff was, and it took three different customers to go up and ask for napkins before someone came out from the back to put some out. I have just received my DoorDash order from Wendy’s. It consisted of a taco salad which comes with chili and chips but there is no chili in sight. The rest of my order was a large root beer, jr burger with ketchup and mustard but it had neither whatsoever and a frosty. I tried calling them 4 times and got nothing. They missed two components to a once wonderful fast food chain so they get rated 3stars. I tend to not return to places that miss three or more out of what makes a fast food restaurant work. 1 speedy service, 2 correct order, 3 communication, 4 visual appeal and 5 taste.
