Los Arcos — Restaurant in Boaz

The drinks were the only good thing but the wait to not only order drinks but food as well was horrendous. The table that came in 15 mins after us was given more of an option to order than we were. The food arrived quickly but was not worth the wait. Do not recommend the fajita potato dish unless you want to be disappointed it did not have a single good thing to mention also when you mention leave this off and include it anyways that will ruin the dish for the intended, the poblano dish was swimming in oil and water and was topped with meat that looked like it belonged at taco bell. The server said she would get the manager instead had the items voided off and brought the check, was not checked on after that even though the kids were still eating. Paid for cheese dip but no chips to eat it with and no offer of a carry out container or drink even though the drink was full on the table. Second time at this location and neither time was worth the trip. Would prefer to drive to Don Bigotes or...

I have left great reviews on this location in the past, I have deleted them due to my visit today. I ordered the burrito verde as I usually do, and the chicken was cold. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, I was finally able to flag someone down after waiting 6 minutes searching for a waiter. They did reheat the plate for me but I still could not eat it after that. I'm not sure what was wrong with their chicken, but it seems like if you go after 3 or 4:00 p.m. before the dinner bustle, they just feed you cold lunch leftovers. I have always loved eating here, but after today I will need to find a new Mexican establishment. I paid nearly $20 and could not eat that slop. They could have at least tried to meet me halfway considering they only reheated it, pico and everything, and it still wasn't edible. What happened Los arcos? They must be under New Management because I'm shocked at the food and the service compared to every other pleasant visit...

They will charge you 20 bucks for chips and salsa. If you say hey last time I came you didn't give me enough chips I don't want to have to go to Dollar general and get more chips they will point you to the chip prices. Then when they bring the chips they will give you the smallest bag they have and only one of them last time I got three this time they went even further. The guy said this good? Well let me tell you last time the chips were super stale anyways. Even worse than the chips was that guy's goatee. Seems like he's keeping the chips all for himself by the look of it. They had another owner guy that hangs out at the other one now I guess this guy is too annoying for him. Overpriced food let's see how villa fiesta does next time instead of this dump. Going there for their chips today! Much more reasonable prices! Plus the workers won't taint your food if you complain! This looks disgusting throwing this slop away and asking door dash...
