We just left the drive-thru extremely disappointed. My husband ordered a number 1 with a Dr pepper. Simple in my opinion hard to mess that up. Get to the window and she gave us an amount we paid then she handed us our food and shut the window. Realizing he didn't get the drink we waited until she opened the window my husband then says he had a Dr pepper with that order. She says we have you down for 3 chilli cheese pubs he replied no I ordered a number 1 she then rolls her eyes the expression on her face dumbfounded both of us thankfully we just left church because at that point there was plenty of things I wanted to say to her. Very unprofessional definitely not customer service at all highly disappointed to say the least. I'm trying to be nice if you catch my drift. When she came back to the window with the correct order my husband tells her he wasn't trying to be smart with her he was just explaining he ordered a number 1 plain and simple she then proceeds to roll her eyes again with her facial expressions speaking volumes! How hard is it to have decent customer service especially when you're the one at fault. I'm very understanding that we all have bad days as I myself work in customer service and deal with the public daily however the way you treat someone leaves an impression. Read moreWe ordered 12 krystals, no pickles, cheese on half of them. Husband ask them to make them Fresh. Got our order and they were cold and had pickles. I walked up to walkup window. Told her they were Cold. We ask for fresh and hot. I Stood outside waiting in cold while they took care of 3 more vehicles in line. I did get upset. I ask for money back I didn't even want the krystals at that point. After arguing with me she finally gave me the money back. They cant use the excuse of short on help because of Covid. They had plenty of help because I saw several in building. Just bad business and bad service. Don't argue with customer after giving them cold food and pickles they ask to leave them off. Several times in past we received hard buns and meat that taste so bad we threw it out. We live to far off to carry them back in past and never complained. Thank goodness this time I checked them before we left. We do not eat out often. Husband has cancer and wanted krystals. No more for us. Bad attitude and food. Our food should of been corrected before fixing anymore orders. They don't even deserve one...

I went to get dinner tonight, ordered $60 of food, waited 15 min, got to the window, and we went through a round of different cards from different banks because they were declining. He says that they were having issues earlier with their machine and to drive back around to see if cards behind me would go through, so I did. I waited another 15-20 min. I watched the other cars go through, get their food. I got back to me, and he says their cards went through, after I just watched both cars pay with cash. There are definitely other ways for an establishment to say they can only take cash because their machine is messed and it for sure doesn’t include waiting for over 30 minutes for nothing. The manager should have come up and explained. I went to Sonic, and the first card went through no problem (same price), the hop was super nice, and I waited no longer...
