Update August 16, 2021 Wanted to give this place another chance, as this was the first boba place we visited when we moved to Boca a few months ago, and one of my wife's favorite. So even after my last visit which i was served old, clumpy, and not fresh boba, I brought my wife back today... And the same thing happened to her drink.... She first asked what kind of fresh fruit they had available today, as we do not like the artificial fruit flavor powders; she was told that they had fresh mangos, & peaches... She ordered a fresh mango smoothie with boba; unfortunately, the boba was not fresh, very clumpy, and also hard in the middle. On top of that, this definitely did not taste like fresh mango, as it had that artificial after taste. The quality of this place has definitely gone downhill, at least on the 2 occasions we visited in the last 2 weeks. August 9, 2021 After coming to this place several times for different boba drinks, we came on a Monday afternoon around 2 pm, and were disappointed. Looks like they used day-old boba, or boba that's been sitting for too long, as the boba was very clumpy, and not fresh.... They also offer several Asian snack foods, but they also didn't look fresh.... The place itself is cute, great location, and the service was fairly friendly. My friends and I found this place November 2021 & ever since then been there at least 4 times a week. Sometimes I take 2 trips to boca in one day. Unfortunately, April 23rd, 2022 we went around 7pm & got the worst service there from the guy that works there. First, we noticed the drink (Tropical Punch w sweet Tapioca 120% sweetness) looked super weird we mixed it with our straws and it tasted horrible like bitterness & soap and I kid you not I didn’t taste not even a little bit of sweetness it was just bitter I wish I would’ve took a picture but it was just so disappointing. Anyway we told the guy and he said that he could add more syrup but he didn’t understand that more syrup wouldn’t fix that taste then he said that he could make another drink but we’d have to repurchase the tapioca pearls we asked for a refund and he said no. Also, his attitude was awful towards us I feel as though this was a race thing & if you guys didn’t want us to go there all you had to do was say that! We had 4 drinks & had to throw all 4 in the garbage 29 dollars down the drain it’s really upsetting to get treated a certain way when all you were trying to do was support a company! I really hope you guys care enough to check the cameras & check what this man put in...

Don’t order the corndog! Super disappointed. The corn dog didn’t have no dog. It’s just fried cheese on a stick with breading and it’s way smaller than the photo outside. But the boba is great and so are the dumplings. (highly recommend the dumplings) Update: Was offered free dumplings which is really nice but I do not feel comfortable coming back since the last time I did so the two young ladies decided to converse in another language (which I speak) in a corner instead of greeting us properly. I requested spicy beef dumplings and received normal dumplings(still delicious). Also asked for a large Boba and received a small cup and when I told the cashier that I ordered a large and compared it to the small one on the counter, she proceeded to tell me I was wrong but quickly offered change it, but I just wanted the food and I wanted to leave quickly.
