This is now the third time I've ordered in the last month and the items I ordered earlier in the day are not available at 5-6 pm when I arrive at the time I select for pick up. According to Google prime time for business is between 5 pm- 9 pm and the products are not available!? I walked in tonight and Smores, Strawberry Shortcake and Patriotic Birthday Cake are not available, that's half the menu. Ioffered to come back later and was told they are gone for the night, each of the 3 times this has happened. Then just like the last time, when I discuss my disappointment I'm met with attitude by the new young girls that have been hired over the last couple of months. I asked for a store number and the girl told me I'd have to Google it. I spend a lot of money at Crumbl or used to. I erased my positive review on Google from when this store opened lady November, to leave this. It's not cool to sell product and not make enough or keep selling that product when those are promised and paid for by other people. I was one of 4 people who were asked to take the 3 other cookies that were available. I opted for a refund instead. I won't be back to this store. I'd hire new management who can properly predict inventory needed daily, currently inventory is only lasting half of the day. And get rid of a few staff members. Aside from having attitude problems they are at work wearing bed slippers to work and one working with food with no hair net on her afro. Lastly, I don't deal with children talking disrespectfully to me, especially when this is a Crumbl issue. Not a good look for Crumbl or any business. I can tell you without a doubt, they would not be employed by me to represent my company. And my business would not have these inventory issues so frequently, especially not if I had a 1 billion business, development for a program to mitigate inventory issues isn't that expensive. The CEO could always take from his 70 million net worth to ensure the business's success in the future by fulfilling customer's...
Read moreWe love crumbl and just moved to this area they are horrible! they are always out of cookies by 7 o’clock 6 o’clock at night. of course they are gonna be sold out sometimes you know, but they are. The staffers are always rude. There is one or two that are great. Today is Saturday 8:30 pm on 10/5/24 and I went in with my daughter and their systems were down. We drove all the way there and sometimes of course it is out of the workers control. But I asked if I could just leave a 20 or use my points you could take my phone number. It was anyway that we could take a six pack or one or two cookies and she can pay for it later with the money that we left. They said no the manager came out. It didn’t say two words that she was sorry or anything, when we left, we realized that we could place the order through the app and I looked on the screen and they were to pick up orders so she they failed to tell us that we could’ve placed an order online and that would’ve taken payment to customers that were going in order online. not to mention, this is seven times since moving here that we have gone to that location and more than half the cookies were sold out. Constantly sold out of cookies no matter when you go. I went on a Wednesday at 5 o’clock. They were sold out!! they need to train staff to be more friendly to people. Whenever I walk in, they don’t say hello. Those just stare at you expecting you to place your order in at the Tablet rather than in customer service and taking your order. I sometimes have questions. I don’t wanna place it on the screen, I don’t, but do not say when and greet them. Maybe this is not the job for you. It’s almost every staff number. I do not like walking into locations or stores like this!!! VERY BAD ATTITUDES AND ATMOSOHERE YOU SHOULD WALK OUT BEING HAPPY TO GET YOUR WEEKLY COOKIES AS IM SWEETVAND VERY FRIENDLY AND ITS NOT RECIPICATED EVEN THIUGH...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order with Crumbl Cookies Boca Raton (2200 Glades Rd, Ste 508) for delivery on September 20, 2025. It was for a birthday party three sets of 24 cookies. What I got was completely unacceptable. One of the cookie varieties was totally wrong. Two entire sets were stale. That was bad enough, but the customer service was even worse. I immediately called and left a message no one ever got back to me. I called again Monday and finally reached someone who was unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly not trained. She told me to call back the next day when the manager was in, took my number, and promised a call that never came. When I called back the next day, I was told “the system was down” and someone would call me later that day. Guess what? No call. When I tried again, I got the same woman who now suddenly claimed she was the manager (after saying previously she wasn’t). She read “notes” that were completely wrong, refused to let me clarify, talked over me, and then HUNG UP on me. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I get the wrong and stale order for an important event, but every attempt I made to resolve it was brushed off, mishandled, or flat-out ignored. If this is the type of person Crumbl considers “management,” it’s shameful. Save yourself the headache and do not order from this location. Order #5VDKC8lQ8T ...
