Raw Juce - Glades — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I have had a negative experience my last two visits and it’s honestly disappointing. I have the app as a loyal customer and both of my last visits “the app” created an issue. The sheer number of times I had to explain what was happening vs just solving the problem is upsetting. I would support this business weekly but after my most recent experience today. I’m deleting any not going back. A friend of mine won a give away from this company, through an ambassador of theirs “raw juice” the winner who got to gift free bowls texted me directions on what I needed to do. Through whatever reason it wasn’t loading so I went in and ask the girl at the front today at 9:40am there was 3 girls working. I asked my question on why or how what do I need to do to get it to load and she was more concerned about who’s giveaway it was. Asking me 2-3 times. I said I don’t know. My friend won and her name is Xyz, she then asked me 3 more questions having to repeat myself again, in front of customers, multiple not understanding what I am asking clearly. Not one person jumped in to support her, not one person could solve the answer, just her asking more and more questions. As a business your team should know what promotions are happing because when I used the ambassadors name she was like I’ll text her. You are the business and you don’t know what is on your social media? To be honest, it’s not the apps problem it’s a customer service problem. There are other juice and smoothies places on my way to work and the lack of ability to solve problems is a training issue. Save yourself time and a headache by doing a pick up order...

I have been a fan of this Raw Juce location for several years. It is the perfect spot to grab a quick healthy snack or beverage while shopping at Boca Town Center Mall. You get a sense of community as soon as you walk in, and might feel inspired to write what you’re grateful for on the chalkboard, which is a nice touch. If you like it raw - this is the spot for you! I like their acai bowls, smoothies, juices, and the fusion bowls which is more of a savory option. My current faves: Bowls- Berry Hemp Banana Acai Bowl Go-Go-Goji Crunch Acai Bowl Fusion Bowls- Avocado Protein Smoothies- AB&J Caribbean Chia Bee Green Juices- Tasty AF Berry Peary Chia Some of these might not be listed on the menu board when you get there, but I think you can still order them as long as they have the ingredients to make them. For those vegan or plant-based, Raw Juce is a great place to check out because they have many tasty options. The only feedback I would give them is that perhaps they remove the bar seats that are closest to the chalkboard/to the right of the blenders, because those seats are very close to the prep area with the toppings and other ingredients they have for their bowls and smoothies, which appear to be kept in uncovered containers. I don’t know if it’s like that all the time or just when things are busy, but I think that having some type of separation is important for food safety. As a spiritual vegan, it can be challenging to find foods that are energetically and spiritually clean. For the most part, this location of Raw juice has employed healthy people with good energy. The food is well sourced and fairly consistent. Not all of the employees are vegan, but for the most part I am not tasting bacon or chicken from there hands on my food. This place is one of very few places I eat and recommend to my friends and to other etherically sensitive people. The Blue Majik bowl and the e3 green monster smoothie have become staples in my nutrition and after eating them, I feel rejuvenated. No food is so pure it does not require blessing to clean and charge, and the food here can be cleaned and charged with divine blessings rather quickly. I have been coming here fairly steadily for about a year. It’s not perfect. The credit card machine is wonky, the turnover in the staff goes with the college year, but for the most part this location is solid and far above the rest of the locations as well as other similar businesses. I Thank all of the other beautiful souls for keeping this place solidly in the good energy zone and allowing it to help heal souls who are learning about truly nourishing there bodies with healthy foods.
