Fitlife Foods — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years. I find that it’s the best meal prep place for my goals. It’s a convenient location. Don’t get me started on how delicious and fresh the meals are! The rewards point system is so helpful to save some money. Huge shout out to Alexa! She is so sweet and helpful! She is a pleasure to talk to and is very knowledgeable about the meals. I always look forward to a friendly face to make the experience extra wonderful! All the staff have been great but Alexa seems to always be there when I make my stops ins. Highly recommend!

If I could give six stars, I absolutely would! Lisa at FIT Foods in Boca Raton is a true rockstar. Her energy, kindness, and knowledge about the healthy options they offer make every visit a fantastic experience. She somehow manages to make you feel like the most important customer in the room while juggling everything with a smile.

I recently started ordering online & picking up meals from FitLife Foods. I’m happy to have found a convenient option nearby. The service is great. My order is always packed & ready within minutes of placing my order and once I arrive at the store, an employee greets me right away. I also appreciate that there are always spots in the parking lot and it is fairly easy to get in and out of. The food is pretty good. A few cons are that it is expensive compared to other options like Ideal Nutrition. The sauce cups are extremely tiny and don’t always offer enough flavor. I’m assuming this is to reduce the calorie count. I also dislike that the packaging is not resealable, especially on the bulk foods. Very strange that a container that’s supposed to contain 4 servings would not be resealable. Overall, it’s a great option and I will continue to mix it...
