An Unforgettable Experience at Deluca’s Chophouse — Beyond Exceptional
I came to Deluca’s Chophouse with incredibly high expectations — and somehow, they managed to surpass every single one. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this isn’t just another fine-dining restaurant; it’s a masterclass in hospitality, warmth, and energy.
Even Rodrigo, our valet, greeted us with such genuine warmth that it immediately set the tone for the evening. That first impression carried through every moment of our visit — proof that excellence at Deluca’s begins the instant you step out of your car.
Service That Feels Like Magic
Our waiter, Josh, was an absolute standout. His personality, timing, and professionalism were flawless. Somehow, every interaction felt effortless. Josh’s smile alone could brighten the entire restaurant, and his ability to anticipate what you need before you even ask is nothing short of world-class. He embodies the kind of service that turns a meal into an experience.
Rand — The World’s Best Bartender
Then there’s Rand, whose energy is simply out of this world. She doesn’t just make drinks; she sets the entire tone for the bar. Every cocktail was a masterpiece — crafted with precision, passion, and flair — but it’s Rand’s vibrant spirit that makes every sip unforgettable. Her mix of humor, confidence, and genuine warmth creates an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave.
Marsha — The Heart of Deluca’s
And finally, the true legend herself: Marsha, the GM. Her leadership and grace are the heartbeat of Deluca’s Chophouse. She moves through the restaurant with ease, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and at home. Marsha should honestly be managing a thousand of these restaurants — her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are second to none. She’s the definition of what hospitality should be.
The Food — Italian Perfection
Now, about the food: it was Italian perfection at its finest. Every dish — from the appetizers to the entrees — was flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with undeniable passion. You can taste the care and quality in every bite. It’s the kind of cuisine that reminds you why dining out can still feel magical.
In Conclusion
Imagine the precision and presentation of a Michelin 3-star restaurant — combined with the heart, energy, and genuine warmth of a family-run gem. That’s Deluca’s Chophouse.
From Rodrigo’s welcoming smile at valet, to Rand’s infectious energy behind the bar, Marsha’s world-class leadership, and Josh’s unmatched service, this team defines what true hospitality looks like.

Read moreWhat an amazing experience from the service, to the ambiance to the incredible cuisine! DeLuca’s is a must-try!
Greeted by lovely hostesses, we were promptly seated for our reservation. The updated dining room was beautifully done with a gorgeous wine fridge all along the back wall. We noticed the bar was already full of guests enjoying, what looked to be delicious cocktails.
I knew I was in for a treat after finishing the Caesar salad with its homemade croutons and the freshly shaved Parmesan cheese which was probably the best I’ve ever had. Fried Calamari was done to perfection and served with the most delicious marinara. Homemade Lobster Ravioli was light, delicious and melted in my mouth. Friends enjoyed Penne Alla Vodka and added chicken- again, just perfect from the taste to the al dente pasta. Hubby and I enjoyed the Tomahawk for Two. Our fabulous server, Martin, (who did not miss a beat with his service along with our attentive busboy Max) cut this table side for us. Temperature and flavor was out of this world! Served with a side of Marsala dipping sauce- wow! For sides, we enjoyed grilled vegetables and what can only be described as the best mashed potatoes you’ve ever tried. (I apologize that we missed that pic!) Tartufo and NY style cheesecake for dessert did not disappoint. The wonderful manager made several trips to check on us and ensure we enjoyed an incredible experience from start to finish. DeLuca’s exceeded expectations and I sincerely hope you’ll give...
Read moreThis restaurant puts the T in tacky. Sorry.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this was one of the oddest and most unpleasant dining experiences we have ever seen.
It is as if someone deliberately wanted to create the most (negative) stereotypical restaurant in Boca.
The "bouncer" at the door looks like a character from Goodfellas (more on that reference later).
Upon seating down and receiving our menus, we were reminded by the young lady that there was another reservation right after ours, and therefore they'd appreciate it if we could have finished dinner by 8:30.
Are you serious??? Since when does a restaurant tells you ahead of time "Hey, make sure you clear the table by X-time".
The waiters are friendly, albeit they too talk with thick "wise guys" NY accents... and the food wasn't too bad (but not sensational either).
...but the ambience. Loud, obnoxious, tacky. The cherry on the cake was a mega-tv screen playing "The Godfather" movie the entire time (hence the earlier reference). A young "singer" walked around the tables singing classic oldies, desperately trying to get attention from the predominantly geriatric clientele.
This place would make Martin Scorsese blush.
There are many other fine steakhouses in Boca. I'd...
