Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I go to this Dunkin location about 2-3 time a week and usually I have a decent experience but today my experience was chaotic. I placed my order through the Dunkin app like I usually do and set if for curbside pickup. When I arrived all the curbside parking spots were taken so I parked in the next row of spots behind the curbside spots. I waited for about 5 min and saw an employee come out the store with my order, look left and right for my car, and once they determined I was not there they went back into the store. The person did not even look past the first row of cars. I have parked outside of the curbside parking spots before when they were full and I have never had an employee not be able to see my car. I then called the store to let them know that I am outside and the employ missed me because I was gonna be late for work if I wanted any longer. The said it would be out but it never came. Then a curbside spot opened up so I pulled up and waited another 6 min and still nothing so I went in. I then heard the employees talking about my order so I said "I am standing right here" and the shift lead snapped back "what did you order" my food and drink were literally sitting there meaning someone could have brought them out way sooner. I did not enjoy my experience my food was cold, I accidentally ordered my coffee wrong but it did not see like the employee wanted to fix it when i mentioned to them that I accidentally ordered it wrong. Terrible customer service!!! Serves coffee in dirty cup!!!! Ordered Coffee on the app went to pick it up, the cup was filthy with coffee spilt on the top and brown stains/marks all around. Pointed it out and the supervisor who responded in a rude tone and acted like it’s acceptable to serve food in such a disgusting manner. “Oh it’s because there is no stopper in it” ( with attitude) We spilt coffee all over your cup and it stayed there and dried but its ok! She took cup and returned with stopper CUP WAS STILL FILTHY! Poor Service! Short female Supervisor is extremely rude and should not be dealing with customers. America really runs on Duncan! I love their frozen chai tea and also a hot chai tea. I’m allergic to dairy so it is fabulous that they can substitute whole milk for almond milk or soy milk to meet my dietary restrictions and needs. I love that they have a drive-through. It is so convenient and I absolutely love when I drive through with my dog they always give him a pup cup or a munchkin. This is a fantastic and reliable place for any time of the day. I would definitely recommend this as they have a lot of drinks and food to eat. I also really enjoyed their Boo! bucket, which was a bucket full of munchkins brought that to the classroom for...
