Halo Project Food Truck — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Not a big fan of Food Trucks due to lack of Quality and Sanitation concerns. At a recent charity event, we had several food trucks to choose from. Halo Project was the furthest away but look to have the most activity. The food looked good so we ordered the Smash Burger and Chicken Tenders. The young man taking orders and cooking the food to order was friendly and asked not only how we liked our food but if we had and food allergies he should be aware of. The food was freshly cooked, piping hot, and excellent! The burger was better than most restaurants and the chicken tenders appeared to be made with real fresh chicken and not the bag frozen garbage usually sold. My wife and I were at Lauderale Brewery yesterday. Halo Food Truck was there so we decided to give it a try. Admittedly my expectations for a food truck were not very high. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement... I was blown away! The owner was extremely pleasant, service was great (food ready in less than 10 minutes), and the food was fantastic! Our experience with Halo (William) was excellent Right from the beginning! We hired him for a summer party of 75 people. He was so prompt with email response & communication. Very accommodating when it came to the menu & choices for the event. Came up with a kids menu also & Gluten free options available which was amazing! His prices are very reasonable, everything came with fries & drink. Everyone raved about the food at our party & enjoyed ordering what they wanted.
