Title: An Authentic Peruvian Culinary Experience
Rating: ★★★★★ I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Peruvian restaurant and was blown away by the incredible culinary experience it offered. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with vibrant Peruvian decorations and soothing music playing in the background. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout my entire visit.
Now, let's talk about the food. The menu was a true reflection of Peruvian cuisine, offering a wide variety of traditional dishes that showcased the rich flavors and unique blend of influences from various cultures. I started my meal with Ceviche, a classic Peruvian dish, and it was absolutely delicious. The fresh seafood was marinated perfectly in tangy citrus juices, and the addition of Peruvian spices gave it an extra kick.
For the main course, I opted for Lomo Saltado, a popular Peruvian stir-fry dish. The tender strips of beef were cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the sautéed onions, tomatoes, and crispy fries. The flavors were robust and well-balanced, leaving me completely satisfied.
To complement my meal, I tried a traditional Peruvian drink called Chicha Morada, made from purple corn. Its sweet and refreshing taste was a delightful accompaniment to my meal and added an authentic touch to the overall experience.
The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. It was evident that the chefs took great pride in their craft, as every plate was a work of art.
I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the service at this Peruvian restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional.
Overall, my visit to this Peruvian restaurant was nothing short of amazing. It transported me to the vibrant streets of Peru, tantalizing my taste buds with its authentic flavors and warm hospitality. If you're seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure, I highly recommend giving this Peruvian gem a try. You won't be...
Read morePlease know that the likely response from the insulting “manager” of this disappointing restaurant is likely to be as dishonest as he was at table side. My review of my experience is as honest as any you’ll get.
The seafood options all showed octopus as an ingredient except two. We chose those two entrees BECAUSE WE DON’T EAT OCTOPUS after viewing much about them. The entrees arrived at the table obviously containing octopus. When I called them out on this I was assured it was squid but I disagreed.
I was still forced to pay full price for two meals NOT EATEN by a vey rude manager figure that was full of angst and rage about my calling B.S. regarding the menu descriptions. He brought out two dishes of only octopus insisting that one was squid (I called B.S.).
STAY AWAY! Overpriced food with VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT THAT CHARGES FOR FOOD RETURNED!!!!
Again… do not acknowledge the likely response to my sincere review as anything worth considering!!! He was rude and full of it at his restaurant and certainly will be disrespectful to my honest take on his VERY disrespectful and disappointing restaurant.
STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD!!!
….as expected the manager’s response is completely dishonest. I didn’t yell nor did I request my entire bill to be comped. He was contradicting me crossly at our table and when I approached him at the service station he acted like I was attacking him. I was not, he was the one who made a scene, not me. I sincerely hope that the anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience will look and find...
Read moreWent in for the first time today, never had Peruvian food before and never went into a mixed restaurant offering two kinds of foods before. I thought this place would be almost like any Latino restaurant I've been too before, I was wrong. It was even better since it was refreshing from the traditional Latino food.
They started us off with this unpopped, roasted, salted corn kernels. I was quite surprised to find that they were really good! Almost like a mix between peanuts and popcorn! They are called "Chanchitas", never knew they existed and I liked them so kuch that I took some home with me. The next two plates were out of this world. The Lomo Salteado was cooked to perfection and made with high quality ingredients. The Arroz con Pato was my first taste ever of duck and I was not dissapointed. Crisp and juicy and the rice underneath was delicious (black beer rice). Exquisite meals and highly recommend them!
The interior was very pretty, a mix of Latino and Asian decor. Quite unique just like this restaurant. Finally our waiter was very nice and quite helpful/patient explaining the food to us as well as his recommendations regarding the food.
10/10 will come...
