I ordered online. Picked my food up from this location, come home and realize that there are only 4 pieces of cold chicken. I called Chipotle back, they apologized and told me to come back to get another order, said they could not refund me or deliver it to me. I said fine. I go back and tell the girl who gave me my food about what happened, She reluctantly said I can go reorder, then as I was walking away she giggled at me. I turned around and the girl and another of her co worker laughed at me at my face. At no point they said sorry or were apologetic . Most importantly, they did not care at all. I go reorder my food, this location is dirty, dirty grill, extremely small portion....but at that point I did not care at all. I was beyond upset about this whole event. I reorder my food, the guy puts really small portion of chicken. I didnt say anything because it was still more than 4 pieces of cold chicken that I first got. So as I finish my order I asked for extra guac because I had to come back and reorder, pick up food. The guy who made me my order said he had previously made my online order and that nothing was wrong with it. I showed him how little chicken was there and told him to touch the chicken see how cold it was. The guy said that he cannot give me extra guac unless I pay because nothing was wrong with my previous order. His exact quote "this is all the chicken you get in 4 ounce" They looked at me like something was wrong with me. The only apology I got was on the phone when I complained about my food. When I went back no one apologized to me or even cared about my experience. It is okay to make mistakes but customer service is very important in todays world. If the employees had only handled this differently I would not be writing this complaint.
I would seriously like you to look into this. The employees need to be reprimanded and should not treat people like this. Over the years I have been to several Chipotle, some were nice and some not so much but this location is beyond subpar. I love chipotle but because of this bad experience I am NEVER going back to chipotle again. I know that losing one customer will never affect Chipotle's revenue but I might not be the only one if this location continues to be this dirty and employ horrible employees. Ordered online and went to pick up and was provided someone else's order and when I approached the worker, who come to find out is the manager, Jefferson Capada, and informed him that he gave me the wrong order he rolled his eyes and then gave me the correct order. I had 4 separate orders and with two beverages. He just threw the cup in the bags and gave me the orders without one big bag that I can put them in and did not offer a cup holder. I went to fill up my iced tea and there was no ice. I asked about the ice and another worker there told me there was no ice I stated that I would wait for it and she then stated that they do not have ice at all and were not making any. I requested a refund of my iced tea which I had not even poured and was informed by the GM, Jefferson Capada, that they do not provide refunds for on-line orders and that I would have to request it via email. I then said that did not make sense because how would they know that I indeed did not get my beverage because there was no ice? He then got nasty and said I do not know what to tell you but there is nothing we can do for you and i said well I will have to make a complaint and he just said ok, no problem go ahead and he then threw a business card at me. The worker, Sandy, who was filling the utensil bins apologized to me that I had to experience this and she suggested that I go next door to dunkin donuts and get a cup of ice. There were no forks in the utensil bin but Sandy went and got me some and apologized again. When I asked for the refund there was no one at the cashier so it was not because he was over busy, he is just nasty and should not be working in a customer service environment. I went on the website and have noticed that I am not the only one that has had this negative experience with this GM at the Federal Hwy, Boca Raton location.When I got back to the office, I noticed that the iced tea was murky and tasted disgusting, like metal and my co-workers sprite was flat and tasted like water with syrup. The serving was much less than usual as well. I and my co-workers will not be returning to this location. Jefferson Capada needs to be terminated for the sake of Chipotle! I place an order only for delivery because we have no time to go out and pick our food up so we pay the extra charge for delivery to simplify our work life when food was deliver they not only forget some of our Items but mess orders up for people that have allergies. When I call to see if the missing items could be send with a second order we send and meals could be fix they inform me that they CANT because they DONT deliver so I ask my self how did I got my food from now after placing my order on you web side directly who was handling my call very rude reply is through Door Dash so I said ok so I need to call them to have this issue fix where she reply yes contact them so I did but the representative from Door Dash stated that missing items are restaurant responsibility which I believe it is as well so I call back Chipotle and that is where my call was directed to this supervisor JAKE that told me is not there responsibility but will do me a favor of having food ready for me to pick it up. If I had the time to do that I would it done it from the beginning and not go through to what he reply well that is the only option I have for you there is nothing also I could do. SO I ask my self If order was place Chipotle web site directly how are they not responsible to bring missing items to us is the customers fault they didnt carefully pack the food and double check to make sure everything was send.
