So here's the thing: I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a child. That means in the time that I was about 9 and 1/2 to about now at 27 years old I've been to this McDonald's. I'm sure it's changed ownership over the years but there's one thing that's been consistent save from the credit card theft that happened a couple years back.
They are about as consistent as a Taco Bell. Now, if you are used to Taco Bell as being the standard then that's great because they still make fantastic food but is very tasty however they often forget items or they miss-serve you. That means they give you half of what you ask for.
This time that I've gone to McDonald's and pushed me to write a review is no exception. They gave me what I asked for it except the fact that they have the new spicy nuggets and I got the normal nuggets instead. Still tasty, still satisfying however not what I asked for.
The McDonald's brand is built off of consistency unless I'm too old and I'm not up with the times. Just be consistent. If you're going to push a product just be consistent. Also, this place actually Heather ice cream machine broken for real it seems like but nonetheless this is a poor excuse for laziness unless it's for real.
That was my rant and if you were wondering if I have had some alcohol while riding this the truth is yes I have. I hope you all have fun reading this and in case of this ever goes viral, democracy has never existed truly like everybody bangs on about with communism. So when you want to scream about the system you can somewhat understand as to why it's not working. That's all good
Peace be with you all and...
Read moreNasty nasty experience today in the drive thru. Women taking order was very impatient and even said oh Jesus when I started ordering my third meal. She was also getting mad that I wasn’t telling her what sauce and drink I wanted quick enough and even though they didn’t have Coke zero she told me OK. Also even though it says on the app to give the code before I was getting yelled at to wait until I got to the window to give it to her. When I got to the window to get the food I took the bag and kept driving forgetting our drinks. I looped back around and was polite while asking for our drinks because I didn’t get them beforehand. She was certain that she gave me or drinks and that she didn’t have any extra drinks to give. I told her I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I just wanted our drinks so that we could leave. And after five minutes of her giving me attitude and me just trying to get a drink she finally handed me the two drinks without looking at me. Also I had friends in a car a few behind me that were told that they stopped taking orders around 1 AM even though it says all over that they are open 24 hours. Overall terrible customer experience in the food quality was not great at all nuggets were soggy and old. I would definitely try to get to a different McDonald’s usually the employees have a little bit of patience and customer service skills unlike the few ladies who worked the night...
Read moreMcDonald's is a subpar fast food chain that charges way too much money for the low quality food and service you receive. I had them as three stars for a while because although the food isn't the best, it's the closest and fastest to get in and out of so the place was tolerable. However lately I keep finding entire portions of my order not given to me such as no drink or an entire burger or fry not in the bag. So we have mediocre customer service, low quality overpriced food, ice cream machines that are completely incapable of operation, missing major meal items from orders, drinks that taste like straight water because the syrup thing is empty but nobody bothers to change it, there's just so many problems. Chickfila has the same prices as McDonald's yet is able to give more food which is of extremely higher quality and they are in their own entire league when it comes to service. Get your product and service in check before you try charging these big boy prices you've been slowly inflating to over the years. I feel like there must be an internal issue with the company in general because it seems that all locations I visit have the same problems as if all of the employees are collectively caring...
