Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Normally a good restaurant experience at this Moe's but not the last time a few days ago...No greeting or welcome...could tell young guy who took my order was not in a good mood. Asked if i wanted Guacamole and i said yes on the burrito bit not an extra side ... he hard a hard time understanding my answer...usually they as if i wanted a side of guacamole or cheese (up sell the customer) so i tried to make it easier by answering ahead...when i explained he wasn't interested. maybe that's why there was less protein than usual..? Never asked if it was for there or to go. person at the register a young female set the bag with my burrito and chips on the counter and never bagged the soda & cookie...just walked away... so i reached around and grabbed the plastics bag and bagged the rest of the order my self. i go out of my way when i go to this MOE's because there is none near me and i am not a Chipolte fan. Poor...

Justin was extremely pushy when I was ordering my to go order. There was some people behind that were waiting and I guess he does not work well under pressure because he was for sure rushing me when I was clearly looking at instructions for my other order that was for someone else. When I was pointing down at the food toppings I wanted he nearly slapped my finger back because I guess he thought it was over the glass. Anyway his rudeness ruined my experience here and I will probably go to a different taco spot from here on out. And apparently he’s the manager to? Ouch. I will send this to Moes corporate so they can train their employees better. That’s definitely not someone I would put in a management position. Oh and I almost slipped and fell due to how poorly they cleaned the floor that was clearly...

I've eaten at this Moe's multiple times and it is typically a great experience. I enjoy their edible shell taco salad, tacos, and quesadillas. The burritos are good, but finishing one in a sitting is tough to do. Their queso is top notch, and much better than most queso/nacho cheese I have had. The guacamole is also tasty, but I typically prefer their free salsas. The Moe's Rockin' App allows you to get points for your purchases. $100 dollars gets you $10 in credit. The app also regularly sends you offers to take advantage of. Service is pretty good, but can get slow when it is busy. I recommend visiting at dinner time, as lunch times can be a serious time crunch, particularly on Monday's when Moe's runs their special (free drink with a burrito purchase I believe). Also, free chips...
