Shake Shack Town Center Mall - Food Court — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Me and my husband had ordered dinner her through the kiosk. It took about 10-12 minutes to get our food but we knew it was busy. Once I received my food I looked at my grilled cheese and it was like a burnt pancake. I didn’t take a picture because I was just going to let it go and ask for a new one. The second I walked up to the counter I was ignored. 1-2 minutes went by until I had to get the managers attention myself. The second I showed her my grilled cheese she spoke very loudly and said “Just throw it away! Just throw it away!” I work in customer service and that is no way to respond to a customer especially a paying one. So I’m waiting another 10 minutes at least and not once does she ask the back where the grilled cheese is until right before it’s handed to me. I asked for her name because I thought it was very unprofessional how she handled the situation. “Tanya.” Then I go back to the table to my husband who shows me one of the burgers, may I remind you we also received 2 single burgers instead of the double cheeseburger he ordered. Also she didn’t even care to ask to replace my root beer float that was no longer that once I returned to my seat 13-15 minutes later. I have attached photos as well. Not a good presentation one bit. This is the worst shake shack we have been to, to say the least. Terrible service....

WORLDS WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IN THE FOOD COURT IN THE BOCA MALL!!!!!!!!! You don’t have to like your job to do it right, I work in the same mall and interact with the same Boca attitudes too but doesn’t mean I don’t do my job correctly. When a costumer WALKS UP TO THE PICK UP AREA THEY SHOULD BE GREETED AND ASKED THE NAME ON THR ORDER. I got a notification on my phone that my order was ready and homeboy calling peoples name out looked me dead in the eye and ignored me. I had the worst experience a customer can have, I waited more than half an hour for my order, while I seeing the employees in the kitchen and those who should be in front talking or looking at their phones. When they finally had my order ready, I observed that the drinks were missing, when I ask to please check what was missing in my order, the lady threw on the counter the cups of soda and the bottle of water at me aggressively. It's good that there are other places with competent staff in this food court because I won't be ordering from this...
