From the moment you walk into PZZA Boca, you know you’re in for something special. The owner, Josh, is such a welcoming and genuine person. You can really see how much he cares about his restaurant, and he puts so much passion and attention into everything that’s served. We started with the famous Smashburger and the Wagyu burger. The Wagyu burger was cooked perfectly—beautifully medium rare with a great crust. It was incredibly flavorful and probably the best burger I’ve had since moving to Florida. The Smashburger was just as impressive—I loved it so much I honestly could have ordered another. Next, we tried a classic pepperoni pizza and a pizza with an amazing mix of cheeses. Both were delicious, with tasty, high-quality cheese and perfectly baked dough with a firm undercarriage that just refuses to flop - Dave Portnoy would be very proud. One of the surprises was getting to try Beluga and Osetra caviar from Markys Caviar, which PZZA now serves. Pairing the caviar with their tallow-cooked potato chips (and just about everything else we were served) made our meal feel extra special—it’s not something you find at your average pizza place! To finish the night, Josh insisted we try his fried Oreos with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect sweet ending and showed his commitment to making sure everyone leaves happy. Visiting PZZA without ordering the fried Oreos for desert should be a crime - it’s just that good. Overall, PZZA Boca is so much more than just a pizza spot. Every dish was top notch, and Josh’s commitment to quality really makes a difference. If there’s a better place to experience the heights of casual fare in South Florida, I haven’t found it. PZZA Boca is the rarest of finds: a bold, passionate temple of flavor that still manages to feel like your new favorite neighborhood spot. I’ll be back soon, and often—if not for the burgers, then for the memory of a truly unforgettable meal. Thank you, Josh, for restoring wonder to the familiar. Warm regards, Benjamin R (Gerr)

Our first experience at Pzza was not very good. Our pizza was very very dry and overcooked. The dressings for both of our wedge salads were forgotten. The owner Josh was very nice and friendly over the phone. He ended up giving us a refund due to the issues and offered a credit if we would come back and give him another shot. He just kindly asked that we enjoy the food there as it’s much better than getting a carry out. He also insisted on us trying the smash burger when we return. We honored his requests. It has been about a month but we decided to drop by today for lunch. My wife tried the smash burger per the owners recommendation and she really enjoyed it. I re ordered the same wedge salad so I could actually try it with the ranch dressing that comes with it that was forgotten on our last visit. The chicken was cooked perfectly and blackened with seasoning, night and day difference from our last experience. I asked the girl behind the counter if we could pay for our cokes so I could leave a nice tip for her. My only problem with the salad is, 12 bucks plus 6 to add chicken and the salad I received looked like a half portion. I left hungry. At over 19 bucks once tax gets added in, I could go to J Alexander’s and have a huge entree salad at a nice sit down restaurant for the same price. So that left me feeling like I wouldn’t hurry back to spend that kind of money on a simple wedge salad here anytime soon. Regardless of ingredients used, I explained to the girl that lettuce is very cheap and they could increase the size of their salads with more lettuce while still using the same amount of toppings to give people better value for the money they spend. She completely agreed. She also said they are known more for their boca award winning smash burgers than the pizza’s which leads me to believe this place has a little bit of an identity issue. The owner is a nice guy and wish him the best, I just think this place needs some fine tuning especially with the price point on certain menu items.

This is an awesome Local spot in Boca Raton. We tried quite a few different things and to be honest, I was blown away with every dish. The owner is very adamant about using quality local ingredients and it truly shows in the food. The pizza is out of this world! They only use low moisture Grande mozzarella and you can definitely taste it. I highly recommend the Buffalo chicken pizza and make sure to try their homemade ranch dip. It is a game changer for sure. We also tried the PZZA WDGE salad with grilled chicken and it was amazing. The quality truly shows and the pepperoni chips will literally make you say wow. They are not just your every day pepperoni. They are the real deal. Then there is the double Wagyu smash burger. This hit the spot like no other. This may not be something you think about ordering at a pizza place but trust me on this one, it’s a must try. I can honestly say that I will be back just to grab one of these burgers. They are some of the best around and I think they deserve the recognition. If you’re still hungry after you eat, don’t forget to try some of their fried Oreos. I personally do not like chocolate but these were quite amazing. Overall I was very satisfied with our experience and I Already can’t wait to get...
