RH Outlet Boca Raton — Local services in Boca Raton

I was so excited to go to this warehouse thinking if it would be like the store but less expensive. I can tell you it was a complete disappointment. They had the ugliest furniture. Many items had scratches but the most disappointing aspect were the prices!?!?…They were still exceedingly high. Don’t get me wrong I will pay for quality but when a dining table is scratched and they are asking $4500, I find that to be a rip off. The sales person said they get new things all the time but my first impression was not great and the store was so unappealing. Furniture was stored in warehouse style. If I was charging those prices, I would arrange the furniture to be appealing or move to an actual warehouse district where they can save on rent and pass the savings to the consumer. I recommend you go at least once just to experience the store and i would be curious about...

I have made several purchase at RH Outlet, Boca Raton and she was extremely friendly and helpful to make sure that the selection was right for me. (Because of my experience with her at this location, we decided to go to the retail store in West Palm Beach and made additional purchases there.)

I went into RH-Boca Raton knowing that it is outlet store, knowing they have limited inventory, some of which has some flaws. They cannot hold unpaid items for more than 2 hours, and purchases are sold "As-Is"- "Final Sale". They have no delivery service available so you need to make your own arrangements. We went into RH looking for a rug pad. Let’s just say everything on the first floor was a much better experience than upstairs. We were the only customers in the store and when we entered we were greeted by Molly who took us to the rug pads and we luckily found our size. After that I went upstairs and while browsing through patio furniture I walked directly passed 2 employees, one of whom was a manager, who were to busy moving rugs to even acknowledge the only other person on the floor with them. I continued along only to make a full circle back to the escalator back down without a word spoken.
