Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar - Boca Raton — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Our experience at this particular Tap 42 location in Boca was amazing. It was as if all the right elements got together in one day to make everything as enjoyable as possible. The sun was out, making the morning the perfect beach day, birds were flying over, singing, communicating, and celebrating another day on this Earth.

Our group consisted of more than 12 people. We decided to take over the establishment and celebrate a friend's birthday. Reservations had been made, invitations had been sent out, all with the promise of making the day epic. And epic it was. When we got there, there were about three other similar birthdays being celebrated as well, which made me think this particular Tap 42 location is the birthday destination in town on weekend mornings. Brunch at this Tap 42 is not only equated with friends, and get togethers, but with birthdays and celebrations of life. And that in itself is a great sign!

Parking was easy. It's located in a plaza with ample parking for all the adjacent businesses. Additionally, Tap 42 itself is easy to find. It is centrally located across the parking area and in the center of the plaza.

The most important part was the food, or drinks for this matter. One of the main motivators in choosing this location were the bottomless Mimosas the serve for brunch, and the didn't disappoint. Our party kept downing those delicious cups one after the other and the servers kept them flowing. The food too was out of this world.

So again, what else could you ask for when you're having the perfect day? The sun was out, the birds were singing, we were surrounded by groups of people, and friends celebrating life and even meeting those that would forever change ours. Mimosas and the conversation kept flowing - and what can only be described as magic happened.

After walking out of Roccos because we saw the bartender chew off a seal of some margarita syrup with her teeth twice and use it to make drinks, we went to Tap42 (my original choice but was voted out) lol I’ve been a HUGE FAN of Taps since the one in FTL opened years ago! Many many birthday parties, bachelor parties, baby showers, over 100 happy hours spent there under that HUGE TENT.. And the burger special was tradition for years! As COVID hit us hard we all stopped going out but we are making our way back slowly now. And Brunch has always been a tradition with this group every Sunday! We alternate FTL then BOCA! Both are great! We have our favorites in both places! But tonight I want to thank Colin ,our great Bartender ,with making us some blueberry margarita ! We got a pitcher! He made it perfectly . He took our food order quite quickly and everything came out great! Gave us time to talk but checked on us often! He was very charming and pleasant ! I’m sure we will see him again since this is going to be our after work or lunch spot! Reem was new but didn’t say much once she knew Colin was on us, but her smile was enough to know she’ll be a great bartender! Eric was the best! My favorite! He was probably the bar back. He did a great job cleaning and making sure things were put away properly! Very professional! He called me Siri! LOL Thanks to the great staff that night! We went from worst to first!
