Terrible Experience ā Wonāt Be Shopping Here Again
Today, I had the worst shopping experience ever. Iāve been a loyal customer, purchasing most of my shoes from this store. After pregnancy, my shoe size changed, so I was excited to update my collection and planned to buy 4-5 pairs of Louboutins.
As expected, the sales associates immediately approached me, eager to āhelp.ā I explained that I was looking for a specific model with a 10cm heel in all available colors but wasnāt sure of my exact size. I asked them to check availability so I could try on different sizes and order what I needed.
Instead of assisting me, the first associate refused to scan all the shoes, suggesting that I should just order multiple sizes online and return what didnāt fit. That was completely ridiculousāI never asked for her opinion, just for her to do her job. In the past, associates would gladly help and even follow up once my order arrived.
Frustrated, I asked for someone else. The second associate reluctantly scanned a few pairs and told me they werenāt available. However, I could clearly see on her screen that they were in stock. When I pointed it out and asked for a manager, she suddenly changed her story, saying she meant they might not be on hand. She then brought me two random sizes that didnāt fit and made no effort to offer other options.
At that point, I decided to leave. While I was there, I also noticed another customer trying on slides. She told the salesperson they were uncomfortable and asked for something simple yet comfortable. Instead of offering alternatives, the associate just let her leave without trying to help.
I donāt know whatās happening in this storeās shoe department, but the level of service has completely deteriorated. The previous staff actually cared about customers and their needsātoday was a huge disappointment. I wonāt...

The Chanel Cosmetics boutique inside Saks is a true beauty haven. The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided expert advice on skincare and makeup products, making my shopping experience a breeze. Their knowledge of Chanel's extensive cosmetics line was impressive, and they helped me find the perfect products to suit my needs. Their dedication to ensuring customers leave satisfied was truly remarkable.
Similarly, the Louis Vuitton boutique at Saks Boca Raton is a treasure trove of luxury fashion. The staff there were equally accommodating and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences and guide me through the collection, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and styles. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist in finding the perfect accessory or fashion piece made my visit truly enjoyable.
Overall, the staff at both Chanel Cosmetics and Louis Vuitton within Saks Fifth Avenue Boca Raton went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Their helpfulness and friendliness added an extra layer of enjoyment to my shopping experience. Saks is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals, and I wholeheartedly recommend visiting these boutiques for a top-tier luxury shopping experience. On Tuesday August 28th, 2018 I was in the area for other business and decided to take an item for return. I'd ordered a Bond 9 fragrance online only receive it with the outside covered in filthy fingerprints, inside packaging was torn and the bottle was minus the cap. Now for the price point of this scent it should've NEVER been shipped like this. I put a cap from one of my own Bond 9 fragrances on this in order to avoid any potential return issue. Keep in mind THERE NEVER should've been any issue. I dealt with Tyson from Giorgio,the Bond 9 associate and the manager on duty I believe was Christine. NOTHING but problems from being told they've got to check with management because the Bond 9 associate took in a counterfeit from.another customer. I then told them I WILL NOT be made responsible for SAKS.com DESPICABLE delivery of this product. The manager then supposedly takes over but then she's on the phone with? Im told they've got to follow protocol and both the manager and Bond 9 associate contradicted each other then Tyson is acting like a parrot mimicking what had already been said. Truly a horrible experience that SHOULD not have happened. At no point WOULD I EVER recommended ANYBODY shopping for ANYTHING at the Boca...
